New & improved Wendy's! We have tried them out twice in the last week. The staff are so friendly & the food was great! Super clean & fast service as well. They have outside seating. They also have a sink in their hallway to wash your hands if you don't really wanna step into the bathroom which I thought was pretty sanitary/convenient. We will definitely continue to come back. Thank you guys for the great service! P.S. the garlic fries are bomb! ❤️????????
The new Wendy’s is great ! Young fella Justin at the drive through is outgoing with a grateful to work at Wendy’s attitude and appreciation of customers business has influenced my decision on returning on top of the Great food of course! 5 Big stars for this Wendy’s location! We all KNOw Wendy’s has the bomb baked potatoes !
Poor customer service, bad quality of the food, the wrap is literally cold like it’s been in a fridge, the chicken on the sand which is old and hard. And they redid the wrap and fries and they were still not done right. And I asked for a refund if I brought all the food back and VERONICA, the store manager refused to give me one. Customer service is customer service. I will be reporting to corporate
The guy at the drive through taking orders didn't confirm order. Told him our order and he gave double fries and charged for them. Went back inside to get refund because we really didn't want the 2nd order of fries. They couldn't find the manager, one of the other guys, acted like he was on drugs, slamming things around and got easily agitated when he couldn't get a couple items or someone got to close to him. When they did find the manager sitting out in someone's car, he acted like he was very put out for doing his job and when he got done, he went back outside. When I mentioned the rudeness of his drive through employee, he looked at me and said "So" and proceeded to get back into the car which reeked of pot. Started to eat our food in the car and my Cripy Chicken BLT had so much mayo on it, that not only made a mess of everything, it fell apart making it inedible. What a waste of money.
I wouldn't suggest this location for nothing.
It's not worth using the mobile app or the drive through. They make you pull around and park, even if they're not busy. They screw your order up and tell you there is nothing they can do about it. Most of the people working the drive through window are rude and unpleasant.
This new Wendy’s in Muskogee Oklahoma is wonderful. Store was very very clean!!! Posting pics of my taco salad I made and the cheeseburger so good
Breakfast drive through had no one in line. I make my order and then I am told to pull around and they will bring me my food. Waited 9 minutes and finally went in and they handed my bag that must have been sitting there for a while. Horrible.
Showed up at 11:55 all the lights were on but no one responded in the drive through. There was a person sitting in a beat up white pickup in the parking lot waiting. I just wish they would update their closed time so I wouldn’t have rushed to get there just in time.
