Fries were cold had to get new ones made . The burger wasn't much better on warmth and the beans in the chili had a crunch to them like they weren't even cooked all the way and they were barely warm. This was the worst I've ever gotten at wendys . When you order food and pay $40 for 2 people it should all be hot . Also the guy who took our order kept asking if we wanted anything else before we were even done talking , he seemed very impatient . Fast food is definitely not what it used to be maybe that's why most of the fast food places are shutting their doors . Managers need to be on top of whats going on . Hot foods need to be hot you shouldn't have to ask for it to be the temperature it's supposed to be served at
You have to wait at the counter forever just to even make your order. They focus more on completing online orders then they do with the live people standing right in front of them. I would recommend the cashier should focus on the the job they need to be doing instead of building bags for online orders
If I could give a 0 star I would! I just spent $50 on food there and called multiple times to complain about my order and of course the phone goes straight to voice-mail every time. I have a food allergy to mayo and they put extra mayonnaise on my food. They messed up my son's food as well. So when my friend went back to get it fixed the manager told her that after the 2nd call with no answer that they should have just went in. So if you want your food messed up and want rude customer service, by all means go to this Wendy's. I sure will not return there and I won't send anyone there.
The person making g fries has his hair hanging in his face,no ponytail,no hair tie, no nothing! He make the food and hand it out...gross won't eat there again!! They better hope nobody gets hair in their food. All the women have their hair pulled back why not him,not even a hat
I place order with Uber eats. Wendy really mess up my order. I wanted 2 large frosty's. End up with 2 ice coffee. No jr hamburger I ordered. I will not order from Wendy again. They should get no Star. I should get full fund .
Went through drive through on my way to work 11/24/24 around 8:00 pm and ordered a Jr cheese deluxe and a apple pecan salad. My salad didn't have any blue cheese on it or any pecans.
I ordered the baconator and was billed for the baconator but was given the smaller son of the baconator. Buyer beware
The food was ok, i had a lot of xold fries. I asked for no onions because i am allergic to onions, and when I called into them to let them know and they said just take them off. I cannot do that, it is an allergy. I ended up tossing my dinner that costed over $15
