Drink machine did not work at all after I got my drink and it wasn’t correct. I waited five minutes at the counter until I had someone replace the drink. On top of that the manager (what seemed to be) is speaking as loud as possible to embarrass his workers all while complaining about drive thru customers. This place sucks, just tear it down completely. UPDATE: I’ve got both my orders, both were wrong and the packaging was inside out with foil on the inside. Complete incompetency among the whole store. And I wondered why this place had no cars in the parking lot at 12:15

And more than 30 minutos wait when we were the only costumers in side
10 minutes for a Dave's Double and a large fry it's kind of crazy when you're the only car in the drive-thru. The food was fresh and good so I'll give them that, but fast food is certainly not fast anymore.
Food & Service was great but the only problem I had was the intercom in drive thru to order the food were broken so therefore it was a little delayed. I was pushed for time so that's why it bothered me.
They don't like to substitute items when you mobile order. They just tell you "we don't have such and such items and to contact support". I think they're just being lazy since they already have your damned money and don't wanna fix all of your food. I left a negative receipt ???? survey result and contacted support through the app and still had to end filing a chargeback! Never, ever again. ????
Hiring the shyest person in the whole state of Louisiana to take orders at the drive thru must be the work of the biggest imbecile that ever walked the face of this earth. Girl taking my order could not be heard over the speaker and even after pulling up to the window I could barely make out what she was saying. Speak up girl you’re working in customer service now!!!!!
Trash!!!!!! This and many other trashy establishments ask drive-thru customers to back up while there are preparing the order. I can only assume that it's for a lower wait time for upper managwment so they can say your order came out quicker than n the 10 minutes it took.
I wanted to go in because the line was long. Well i had bad service from 2 workers at the front desk. I found out seconds later one of them were a manager. His name was Johnathan/ Joshua He was extremely rude with all the customers and the other lady mentioned she didn't have time to help customers because she was too busy and stressed out because a few people called in sick. Not to mention did i see any of those employees wear gloves that night. It was disgusting. I also witnessed a police officer try to get served and he went through an act of Congress to only get a dry and a hot tea. Well they knew they never had hot tea then he asked for the corporate number and the. Young manager was talking him out if calling his bosses. It was like he was delegating with him. And the bathroom has no soap to wash our hands and they said they dont have time to do that we will have to wait. It was terrible service. Unprofessional attitudes, not experienced.
I took pictures of the dining area because it was flirty. I will never go back if it was the last place e to eat. If I could give a score lower than a 1 I would.
