Today is July 28th and I thought I’d give another chance. But fries are not fresh. Bun is very stale. Not fresh. Definitely not a redeeming experience. I really think they need customer standards met. Fresh food is what we pay for. If you are not providing that when we are paying for it then replace the entire staff. Already only a few folks here inside as customers. Like none. Get it together people!!!!
Ordered a Dave’s combo medium. Dine in. Was served old fries. Then got what should have been fresh fries, instead it’s a mix of old and fresh fries. I paid almost 12 dollars for this. Burger has no ketchup or mustard. Was told they don’t have ketchup after order was made. Definitely not a warm welcome as a customer. No ketchup in dispensers either. Wow. Why are you guys open if you don’t even have basic condiments is beyond me. Very poor approach to customer service and food quality.even the burger wasn’t fresh. Taste very soggy.
After waiting on my food for 20 minutes because fresh chicken needed to be cooked for my salad the Manager Jazz took it upon herself to let it be known that online orders and Uber eats were not her priority ,but the drive thru was. Today is national cheeseburger day. The only way to get the 1 cent deal is to order it online. I was excited to get this deal until her negative, and unprofessional attitude was displayed for all to hear. I won't be coming to this location again.
I ordered food from uber eats and got a chili cheese fries and it was disappointing to open the bag and see my chili cheese fries burnt and my drink is water down… very disappointed that’s now what you serve to anyone
Last time there, their "computer's down". Today, at 5:45p, 4-5 employees standing out back smoking, wait 20 minutes in drive-thru only to be told it's "shift change" and will be 20-30 minutes more.
Do NOT waste your time or gas. This franchise owner doesn't need your patronage!!!!
Came here to eat inside the restaurant, when I walked in the person I was with was going to use the restroom while I ordered, a lady immediately started yelling “no public restroom” to the person I was with while I was waiting at the register to order for us, I understood we had to pay first but the lady immediately got angry at the both of us for this. She started talking loud to the kitchen staff saying “they always tryin’ this” as if we weren’t standing right there and trying to order. She gave us no time to order and decided to start bickering and creating unnecessary drama. It was also considerably dirty inside for a restaurant that had been open for an hour with no customers. Overall, this place is just extremely ghetto and all that yelling will lead to spit in your food.
Walker is are working inside to get for you money but don't want to answer the drive calls and then wey do It's are you use in a move app and you say know they at like You're not in the are everyone today 11/7/24 at 10:35p.m. staff managers and whoever else needs to be fired this is not the first time this has happened and the store doesn't close until 2:00 a.m. this is pathetic y'all have people working for y'all for free while they're in their drinking drinks eating food laughing playing watching things on their phone but you're not assisting your customers y'all are already in a ghetto ass neighborhood and ghetto side of town for them to work for free is a bunch of malarkey and y'all need to hire a whole new staff including whoever the managers or GM's are because this is getting annoying and is definitely not professional and it doesn't look good for the corporation of Wendy's fast food restaurant and it's very sad I would give names and if I have to give names reply to this message and I'll give name because I know most of the people working in there because they come from cookout next door and they was doing the same thing over there and that's why these young ladies got fired
Wish I could give zero stars!!! Everyone was outside smoking!!! I recently visited this Wendy’s location and was extremely disappointed. I arrived well before the posted closing time, but when I tried to place my order, the staff told me they were closed—despite the fact that the lights were on and other customers were being served. It was confusing and frustrating. If they were short-staffed or had another reason for closing early, that should have been communicated more clearly. Overall, this experience left me with a negative impression of the customer service at this location. Would not recommend.
Food is always great. That is if you get what you ordered. The Wendy's on N.Sharon Amity is famous for that. I now have to sit at the windows and go through the bag to make sure I got what I ordered.
