DONT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!
WORST WENDYS EVER!!!
To start, there were a bunch of people working this day and they were all
playing around not doing anything. I simply order one meal, it took 20+ minutes to get my food, and most important of all, THERE WAS A EMPLOYEE/MANAGER SLEEPING!!!!! How does corporate allow this??
So I stopped here against my judgment for a biggie bag.. I haven't been to a Wendy's in Years probably won't be back. The restaurant was very clean and empty that should have been a turn around and leave but I ordered waited for 10 mins thinking
My food would be fresh .. wrong everything I ordered was old and stale and had been sitting for quite a while the nuggets dried out not hot nor fresh the fries stale and cold the burger the patty was old. I don't remember Wendy's being like this the store was empty I just knew they were. Making my food fresh. So I'll stick with McDonald's the fries are always fresh always fries so hot I can't eat them on the way home.. Lesson learned don't stop at this Wendy's just go to Bk or McDonald's.
The health inspector needs to stop by this place.
This was by far my most disappointing Wendy’s I have visited. The kitchen is dirty! The fountain drink machine, dirty! Carpets having mold?!? I hope this place does not get anyone sick. I lost my appetite just being inside. My frosty taste like chemicals!
Lastly no Bar B Q sauce?! I will not come here again nor recommend anyone to come here.
I guess I should have looked at reviews before grabbing food here. I ordered a #1 Dave's double without onions. Lady had me repeat the order 3 times and was super rude. Pay for my food and head back to work get there and see that they gave me a single instead of a double and it had onions. After having to repeat my order so many times they should have gotten it right one would think. When I was at the window the only thing the lady said was you got the double right and motioned for me to pay her. I should have just left and not wasted my money on the wrong food from people that obviously don't want to be there. Definitely will not be returning to this Wendy's ever.
Supposedly dining rooms open at 6:30 a.m. I pull up 6:44, and the door is locked. I called the restaurant and a woman answered in Spanish (which is fine, that's not the issue) and I asked her what was going on if they were open. She stated that they will not be open for business until about 7:15 or maybe later because she doesn't speak English and cannot take orders or run the computer system. I admire immigrants and come from an immigrant family. Management should take steps to train the employees and/or provide them with the tools necessary to conduct business during business hours.
Nats coming out of the ketchup. Cashier rude as hell. Can't pay cash they have no money. Nasty Wendy's. Take forever to give you order. Service industry so bad now a days. No customer service at all just rude people.
I'm a picky eater. We're located near 2 Wendy's and I find that I can order my meal, whether a burger combo or a salad, and the server will make 1 or more mistakes. The store doesn't matter.
I ordered a chicken sandwich and the middle was raw and I didn’t realize until I was halfway done. The service was decent although the line was pretty long. The manager didn’t seem to care about the sandwich but 10 stars for the employees they were very apologetic and gave a full refund for my whole meal and they gave me a new sandwich.
