This please cannot get their act together. I avoid it if I can but even giving months of not coming here, they can’t get ordered out in a “fast food” timely matter.
No one was here except one car that was waiting… Come to find out they are waiting for their whole order And they were clueless about it. They then had me pull forward to wait. Theres like 8 or more people working in there and the inside was pretty much empty. Management, check on your peeps!
I would not stop back at this Wendy's personally The personal just seemed like they were off they didn't know what they were doing when you went to tell them that their women's bathroom was nasty toilet paper everywhere one of the stalls had no toilet paper at all and the other style was clogged up no one went to clean it up I was here for 15 minutes... women going in there just coming right back out complaining about the nastiness can't use it
I ordered in the lobby and waited over 10 minutes when I saw them make my food right after I ordered it and they didn’t even leave it where it could stay warm, my nuggets were cold. My friends ordered online for lobby and all of their fries were forgotten and we had to go back and ask for it. The lady working the fryer not only wasn’t wearing gloves and touching the food after it was cooked, but she was also not wearing any form of hair net, and was scratching her face and head while cooking, and was eating and drinking while cooking as well. Didn’t ever even wash her hands. Will not be returning here.
Update: It's been several months so I went back and ordered my favorite sandwich. Of course it wasn't made right. It only reminds me why I wrote the first review to begin with. What a trash restaurant.
You'll wait at least 5 minutes in the before anybody will acknowledge you. You're way in another 10 minutes to get your food. If your food is made the way you like. Today I was told there was nobody there that could access the computer to place an order. That was after I waited 10 minutes for somebody even acknowledged me. How does this place even stay open?
But don't worry, right next door McDonald's was happy to take my order.
Every time I've been to Wendy's I've left frustrated. I really do like some of the items on their menu but it's not worth the headache every single visit. I'm not exaggerating either. Every single visit.
I wish you all the very best and I'll miss grabbing a meal from y'all.
Came in to order at 8:35pm on Nov 1st stood at the counter for over 8 min. No one else in line. The black female with the long red hair stayed on her phone and would not take our order. The black female with the orange hair pulled up on her head turned around and saw us and said something to the girl and she looked over and continued to text on her phone. We waited another minute and I called my girls over to leave. She just turned around and looked at us again when I spoke up and then went on with her phone. Why is this acceptable. Where and who was the manager on board? We ended up going to McDonald's instead.
Every time I visit, the drive thru takes about 20 mins. Today, after waiting all that time, our food was cold, my burger was wrong, and my daughters chicken nuggets were missing. I parked and tried to go in, but a worker outside said the dining room was closed. I told her my daughters nuggets were missing, and she just looked at me.
There was no way I was gonna get back in that 20 minute drive-through line!
Thanks for ripping me off, Wendy’s!
If I could give zero stars or less I would. Went to get the Krabby Patty meal and a few regular menu items. After a 35 minute wait, I had to ask where our food was. EVERY worker looked at me like I had 3 heads! I was told I couldn’t get the pineapple frosty because the vanilla wasn’t working. That was the whole point of going. Apparently they don’t fill each other in. Not once did I get an apology for the hold up or miscommunication. I will never go back.
The slowest, most discombobulated Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Can you imagine placing a mobile order everytime and they still don’t start on it until you get there? One time i spent 20 minutes waiting on my food that i placed as a mobile order before getting there. If you don’t want to spend your whole entire lunch break there, i suggest you don’t order here. The food is always correct though.
