Not sure why I paid for 1.70 Xtra bacon when they seem to think they don't have to read the ticket and make it how you order. Extra of an item mean ya know more.
I ordered a sausage and cheese croissant instead of going to tutors biscuit, and they served me a 100% burnt sausage patties thru the drive through at 9:30 AM. I started to drive off to my golf tee time and noticed the sausage was BURNT on both sides so I drove BACK through the drive thru and they apologized and said they’d make me a replacement and offered me coffee and added some potato wedges for my inconvenience! I asked to talk to the manager and they told me that they were not available! I took a bight of the newly made sandwich as I was driving off and it tasted Burnt again so I took a picture! This is what you get and they wouldn’t even offer me my money back bc they made a new sandwich! I’ll NEVER visit this Wendy’s again! And I’ll make sure that my friends that live in Columbus, Ohio and work at the Wendy’s international headquarters know how disgusting this experience was!
At this point I'll be keeping my receipts and If Beth isn't working I'll have to make sure my food is correct each and every time before I leave. I have no idea who y'all hire but when your staff members are more worried about their cellphone or high school conversations that have nothing to do with their job instead of doing their job a little more efficiently. I've worked for MC Donald's for 5 years so I understand how it can be some days but every time I visit this shouldn't be an issue.
Aweful experience. Burnt burger Sandwich. chicken Sandwich was over cooked. Fries were cold. No ice. Had to get some ice from the drive thru ice maker. The soda machine was not right. No sweetness nor carbonatio, so we tried the Tea. That was not good as well. Suggest using filtered water, maybe. And make it stronger. The girl taking orders really had no clue about anything.
Its your basic fast food place our food was hot and fresh but their soda machine was out of ice and there was a big puddle of water on the floor that was just left there and not mopped up. They did have a wet floor sign tables needed wiped up also. Other than that food was good staff was friendly.
We tried the Wendy's in Sissonville, WV a couple of months ago and it was absolutely the best Wendy's that we had had in ages. It must have been a fluke.
I'm so sick of spending $50.00 for dinner, getting home with it and nothing is correct!
Approximately two weeks ago our order was; 2 Dave's Doubles, 2 Fish Sandwiches, 2 Large Chilis, Large Baconator Fries w/Extra Cheese that I paid for, Large Fries, Cobb Salad and a Large Chocolate Frosty.
We received, 2 Baconator Burgers dripping with Ketchup and Mayonnaise, 2 Fish Sandwiches with the wrong toppings, 2 Large Chilis with it slopped all over the outside of the container, Baconator Fries with a dime sized spot of cheese, Cobb salad with wilted lettuce and the wrong dressing. No napkins, spoons or crackers included.
After that, I never wanted to go there again, but my husband thought maybe the horrible order was just an off day. So, he went there again today. Our order was; 2 Dave's Doubles, 2 Fish Sandwiches, 1 Large Fries, 2 Large Chilis, 2 Cinnabon Pull Aparts and 2 Large Orange Dreamsicle Frostys.
When he got home with the order we received;
2 Dave's SINGLES with no cheese w/a piece of lettuce rib, tomato and Mayonnaise only, 2 Fish Sandwiches with the wrong toppings, 2 Large Chilis half full with chili slopped all over the outside of the container, Large Fries, 2 Cinnabon Pull Aparts, 2 Large Dreamsicle Frostys and 3 packs of crackers.
OUTRAGEOUS! We're out nearly $100.00! I SHOULD GET A REFUND! We're disabled and live on a fixed income.
Fast as usual, food was good but, one of the employees seemed aggravated that we asked for a different drink due to the coke tasting flat. She grabbed one of the drinks to replace it but not the other and acted as if she didn't hear us say both drinks.
I had a good trip at Wendy's in Sissonville, West Virginia! The $5 Biggie Bag is a great deal. It's a tasty, won't break the bank. The food was new, hot, and cooked just right. The staff was nice and helpful, and the service was quick. The eatery was well-kept and clean. Wendy's continues to impress with its quality food and meals that are a good deal. The $5 Biggie Bag at Wendy's is a must-try, whether you want a quick bite or a filling meal.
