I waited in line for like 10 mins before realizing that the old woman on the line is eating while making the food and not changing gloves in between different tasks. I was next in line and walked straight out, disgusting; 12:30p on a Monday, taking her time eating off the food she's making. Unacceptable.
The first Wendy's restaurant where the Baconator consists of just one piece of meat. Although I complained, they said it was the right thing to do and the person complaining didn't know why there were 2 pieces of meat in the pictures. In addition, the drinks machine was broken and there was a huge puddle of water in the branch. There was no Coke in the other machine because the syrup was empty. It would have been easy to change the syrup. I like going to Wendy's but I don't recommend this place.
The go to fast food chain for our family as we have younger kids and the food quality is better than others. The fact that you can get a fresh salad there alone is great for parents to keep happy and still take care of the kids.
This location offered some interesting local flair when ordering. Being near little, Havana, you have a large Latin population. The staff was friendly, but there were some minor translation errors when ordering. The food meets quality standards, and the issue with the order was minor.
There is an ad on Wendy's, place an order through the app and get a Dave single, okay, I came to ask the cashier about this. The cashier went outside, looked at her advertisement, said I don’t know what this is and left ???????????????????? But this is not the first time, Wendy’s very often gives promotions and the cashiers never know about it. You know, when I lived in Illinois I was a fan of your canteen, now in Miami it’s just terrible, this is the fourth time I’ve come here and the fourth time I’m disappointed in you, no one knows anything, they say I don’t know and that’s it, buy what we can sell ???? ???????? And also, why is there never Coca-Cola in the machine? No standard, no sugar free, no diet, no forfeits or other drinks either. It’s a shame that I’ll never come to you again, because apparently the management absolutely doesn’t care about the client.
Excellent customer’s service at the front desk by Wendy Night Shift the best crew ever.
Service good but cashier did not wear gloves while handling my food. When confronted, she ignored my suggestion.

The staff was great, I came late at night and they didn’t had what I had ordered online, however they went above and beyond to make me happy, and they did ????
