This location is always closed and when it is open takes an average of 45 mins to get through, even if you have a mobile order. The food is great if you can get what you ordered, I just went through tonight and parts of my meal were completely left out. It is absolutely ridiculous that I have to double check everything after waiting entirely too long. Needs better management considering what a good location they have and how frequently these issue occur.
Very dirty,drink machine looked like someone threw up in it,supplies were out and girl with long dreads waiting on us was reaching in with her hands eating the cookies instead of cleaning. It is in a great location off 485 but needs a manager on top of things. The single meal was delicious.
My fries were just warm and felt like they were not fresh. The older lady who took my order had a slight attitude. The person taking the order would cut you off while you were talking. I would not recommend this Wendy's at all
Sat in the drive through for 30 minutes. All 3 cars ahead of my were completely serviced before my order was even taken at the speaker. When my online order was not able to be found, the team leader never offered to take my verbal offer and just let me continue to sit in line until I asked if my order could be taken. There was no sense of urgency to assist or be timely with providing service. Many customers behind me left the restaurant because they were tired of waiting.
Waited in the drive-thru line for 45min. paid $23 for a single mean and a extra drink. asked for some sauce for a large fry and they said it would be 27cents for each sauce. First wendys i have ever come across to charge for sauce and it was like i was asking for extra sauce because they gave me none to begin with. didnt even receive ketchup. food was terrible and cold.
Horrible experience, first the employees had an attitude like they hated life, and then get home and first bite of the burger and this is what I get. How careless can they be to leave the plastic hook to close the bread INSIDE the burger. Ridiculous! This happened tonight, needless to say I’m never going back there again. Be careful! Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I’m too far to go back to return this.
Every time I go to this place my food is cold! I randomly go hoping it will be different and it never fails. It’s like they precook the main menu items and let them sit til it’s ordered.
The drive through line was too long so i decided to go inside, when i did i got the best and most friendly service from Elijah, i waited half the time it would’ve taken me to get through the drive through and got the best experience out of it too. Elijah’s a real one
