Best WLM Reviews
They were out of salad, out of chicken, and the waitstaff was MIA for a solid 10 minutes while another guest and I just waited inside at the register for some help. Then two people came back inside, one to the register and another to the French fries, where she began touching the food with no gloves. Gross, do not recommend this location...
Great customer service! The food was hot and fresh! Very clean restaurant! We got two of the Biggie Bag meals and it definitely hit the spot! Highly recommend! Very helpful and friendly employees!
I've been here twice in the morning to try and get breakfast at the drive through. It clearly indicates on the window that they open at 6:00, but they wouldn't serve me before 6:30 either time. Apparently 6:00 is when they show up for work. I won't be giving then a third try.
Food was ok. They didn't have any baked potatoes or lemonade when I placed my order, bummer. The mango lemonade was a good substitute.
2 employees working the whole place. They held their own, but there is no way they could be hospitable or put out the quality that Wendy's is supposed to reflect.
The food was good. Wendy's is my go to for a decent fast food burger.
I went to pick up a mobile order and my son is the most amiable person I know, sweet as pie. He was taken aback by the vitriol the woman working the window had. She described something they were out of and called it a name we were unfamiliar with. She seemed exasperated, annoyed, and generally upset about something. He said to me, "If she didn't wanna come to work today she shoulda stayed home!" My son very rarely gets annoyed. She completely turned a basic interaction into one that left the customer (us) dazed and confused. Too early in the morning for such annoyance.
On the other hand, this Wendy's is easy to get to and has lots of parking. I will be back, but I'll cross my fingers that the next person at the window is happier.
I have eaten here a few times as it is the only place open on my route after a late flight. First off, they NEVER have any frosty's after 9 PM. They always say we are out of product. So either its very poor ordering and planning or staff is too lazy to make one.
Secondly, their carbonated water taste like it was made in a formaldehyde facility. I have tried all their diet sodas and I am worried during my next physical I will have stomach cancer from the drinks they are serving. I have left several surveys, from their receipt codes, leaving my concerns and requesting additional feedback. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone who doesn't want to decrease the time left on their life clock unintentionally.
Food was terrible. Burger was cold and stale, stale cold fries, old chicken nuggets. I'm pretty much just done with Wendy's. The dining room was dirty with trash and food on the tables and floor, the drink machine was filthy and had no ice. Total waste of $15.00. I'm disgusted. Work all day, just wanted a burger. I just feel ripped off.
