Do yourself a favor and never go after 7 pm. I ordered a chicken salad and they gave me this. I didn’t cut it by the way. They are usually out of stuff. The last time I went they were out of coke sprite and root beer, all sauces, and regular fries. Just drive to a different location.
I had to repeat my very simple order twice. When I got to the window to pay, I actually repeated my order to make sure they understood. They asked me to pull up, which I did and eventually I got my food. It was completely wrong. All I wanted was a spicy chicken sandwich add ketchup and I got a double stack. When I finally got my spicy chicken it was soaked in grease. I use to work at Wendy when I was a teenager. I know the trick of dropping old chicken in the hot fryer to reheat it. The sandwich was greasy and they put a ton of mayo on it. I was very disappointed on the food. It was roughly 7:30 pm and they weren't busy so there is no excuse.
I've eaten at a lot of Wendy's over my 63 years of life, but this restaurant is by far the worst fast food experience I've ever had.
The diet cokes were flat. The fries were terrible. The Frosty was more like chocolate milk, i.e. melted and warm.
Our order was screwed up because the person taking it either could not hear well or could not listen to what we were saying.
My wife took two bites of her sandwich and felt like throwing up.
We threw most of the order away.
Get there order our food. Get to the window informed the frosty is not coming out right and it's been taken off total. Ok I problem. We ordered at 7:30. We received half our food and are still waiting on the other half. After we had to argue that it was missing a huge piece of our order finally left there at 8. I understand training and short staffed but this is ridiculous. Do better. Only one with sense is the little girl on the window collecting cash.
Service was great but the food tasted as if they fry everything in that old ass grease. Fries and nuggets were darker than usual and tasted burned. Burger was cold and they put everything on the burger that I asked them NOT to put on there. Only thing good was the drink lol
1.) First thing i gotta say is when i walked in the floor was very sticky, the employees had so dense of pride for their job and how they look showed how they didn’t care about what people thought of them at their job.
There were also random kids in the back and at the tables, would not trust in the back by my food.
My chicken sandwich, hamburger, fries were good. The back potato needs to be better. The cheese was not the same as it was last time I ate the potato.
Slow service, expensive for fast food, often barely warm food... What's the point? Bottom of the barrel establishment. I don't even know how they're still in business.
