This is another typical Wendy’s. The food was hot and delicious. The woman working the drive-through was pleasant. I was in and out of here quickly, and everything went smoothly.
So, we went through the drive through here at this Wendys, and they gave us the wrong food. We also had to wait 20 minutes to get our food and I went in, but they said that they don't have any connection with the drive thru which is a complete lie. Wendy's do better. This trip sucked 1 star.
June 2024 update- went inside and was second in line, a staff member replacing garbage bags in the dining room had to shout to another that there was a line- this was a Saturday afternoon. Coworker 2 emerged while eating a frosty. We ordered for dine in, but somehow that got confused and we ended up with all 3 meals in a take out bag. The patties on my bacon double cheeseburger were thinner than a French fry (photo included). Unfortunately there are only 2 fast food choices in this area and in an emergency we just have to deal with it.
Original: Going downhill fast. On our most recent trip, we noticed a huge line for the drive thru, so we went inside. There were a few other customers waiting. Not a single employee was working the counter, after a few minutes just about everyone turned and walked out, the drive thru line still had not moved at all.
More flies in there than I have ever seen. Fly poop covering the cieling and light fixtures. Staff wearing street clothes, No way to tell who worked there and who was a customer. Every table had trash and/or looked like they were not even wiped off all day.
Not acceptable in my opinion.
Extremely disappointing! I’m not a big fast food person and now I’ve been reminded why! I ordered a junior cheeseburger… I got two bottom buns, a cold cheeseburger, therefore not melted cheese. I also ordered four of the new saucy nugs to try them… And basically it was a chicken nugget dipped in grease. Absolutely disgusting! I will say the woman at the drive-through was extremely nice … only thing worth praise.
I know whether we just lucked out or because it was a Sunday, but we had a great experience at this Wendy's. The food was hot and fresh and the cashier was attentive and friendly. We were in and out quickly. The interior of the Wendy's is still circa 1990's and could do with updating but otherwise it was a nice experience.
I was disappointed they had no chili and only 1 baked potato. It was 7pm and they were gonna be open for many hours. Food is good. Some of the staff is friendly but only a couple. They definitely need some lessons on customer service.
Genuinely awful to go to at night, the night crew employees drove passed us and parked their car to finally walk back in for their shift (we were sitting in the drive through for 5+ minutes waiting for our order to be taken) and then proceeded to forget to give me half of my order. This is only one of so many negative experiences with the night shift
