This is the worst Wendy’s ever. The general manager needs to be replaced or some big change of action. They are rude, unprofessional, and never have the simplest orders ready. Getting parked every time we come here and having to wait over 10 mins. If it wasn’t for the kids wanting it and it being the only one close by, I would not come back to this place. It sucks in every way.
The "new krabby patty" was nothing special, pineapple frosty didn't have a pineapple taste and found out we were supposed to get stickers with the meals, got 3 meals no stickers. Was kinda weird at the window also, having 2 drive through people staring at you, not saying anything and then having you pull forward for an online order that should have been ready. Several people came and gone before we got our order. The location at 3rd and indian school has always not been the best but it was close so we thought we would try them again. Next time will be traveling a little farther to get better service/food
I ordered french fries with bacon & cheese, when I got them they were still cold, it took 8-10 minutes to be waited or. They Are Not Friendly No Smile.! I worked with the public 10-20 years Even when I was having a bad day I smiled at the customers, it's Not there flaut that I had a bad day, Who ever baged the food put our 2 potatos in side ways a worker take a chicken nugget out of the basket & then he put it back in. My bacon is not even cooked and fatty ???? That is so discussing ???? & nugget kids meal,My french fries were greasy & cold, my sister hamburger was cool, Very Unhappy, They Need to Learn how to Treat The customers Take lessons from Camelback and 23rd Ave,
This has got to be the worst ran Wendys in the valley. Our office is 2 blocks away and even though I give them many chances, its just not done well. They make their own hours of operation up, are rude as it gets in the drive through most of the time. Bring back the guy with the sea shell necklace he was at least kind. We even got the wrong drink and came back through the drive thru to exchange it and the kid in the window said no refills and closed the window on us. If you want top level Wendys go a few miles north to the one on Camelback.. They give steller service and much better quality food. hands down. Sorry guys you need to do this way better.
I've arrived to this Wendy's more than one occasion and the outside is very messy. There's trash everywhere. I sat in the drive thru for more than 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me. There was no one in the line or even inside. I pulled up to the window and the guy told me please wait. This has happened more than once. I do understand a food rush but there absolutely no one in the line or inside
Two visible employees. The female was talking to a friend at the counter when I came in. She got a delivery driver's order ready after I got in line. I just ordered a chocolate shake the guy who brought it out (promptly) set it on the counter and kind of gestured it towards me, but didn't say anything, nor did he offer a spoon. Pretty much I don't think either of the employees spoke one word to me while I was there other than to confirm that I just wanted a chocolate shake. Hassle free I guess.
This the best Wendy's I ever been too, great customer service fresh food and the crew was top tier. The young lady that was the cashier and the manager with orange dreds are the greatest!!! Respect.
So RUDE!! Person taking my order clearly hates his job! The food was disgusting and my order was wrong..will never be coming back!! Plus all the tables were dirty.
