If I could give them a zero I would. This Wendy's used to be better than what they are now. I went through the drive thru on 11/30/24 and ordered and the line was extremely long. I got to order my food and my fries were barely warm. I didn't eat them. I tried again on 11/1/24 and this time it was worst. Fries and nuggets were cold, my sandwich looked thrown together and the cashier at the window wasn't customer friendly. She pushed my bag at me and when I said thank you she didn't say anything just let the window close. I don't know what has happened but I won't be back.
Great experience coming here this week. Staff is super friendly and even did a card trick for us. loved the berry frosties
I go inside to order when the drive-thru wait is too long. While there is *always* a spill in front of the soda machines, today there were *three* yellow pillars warning me not to slip. Why not just mop it up???
Great deals on food. My only complaint is that both of their coke freestyle machines were out of about half of the flavors, and the Coke and Dr. Pepper were either watery or mixed up. Fortunately they had those flavors behind the counter so I just had to ask someone for a refill.
Nothing positive to say besides James who works the front. There seems to be 15 people working but time is just snails pace. No good days nothing. No straws for drinks. Wrong drinks. Walked in, 4 people standing there talking about a party. James immediately asks me what can I do for you. Smiles, corrects wrongs, wishes me a good night. Only good service worker, and attentive
Food tasted as expected. Drive-thru was extremely slow, backed up to the entrance, and we waited 20 minutes just to order. Only sugar free drink options were available. Mid day at that.
It was after 6pm, so the dinner rush was over, however they were short staffed that night so they moved slow. When I went there wasnt a line and it wasnt busy, by the time i left, the drive thru line was almost out to the road. They just renovated the dining area, but they havent cleaned in some time. Food on the floor in the kitchen area, the cup lids all across the counter. The dining area was decent, new tv. The bathroom did not have paper towels and water all over sink and floor. To be just reopened that place should be spic and span everywhere. The food was okay, and the staff was friendly. Ill prob go back and I hope they have it cleaned, this is the last Wendy's left in town.
We sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes because the GM told the cashier not to take orders until the person at the window had picked up their order so we had to wait at the speaker until they cooked fresh meat and made all the sandwiches for the person at the pick up window
