I asked for a crispy chicken BLT and they gave me chicken patty with one single tiny lettuce leaf, they didn’t add the bacon, the tomato or the cheese, but they charged me as if they did, I hope the manager takes some action on this and fire the person doing burger on Saturday 16 November 2024 at 8:44 pm
Located right next to the Inn that I stayed, and other restaurants were at least 15 mins walk... I simply had no choice but to get Wendy's.
Thankfully Baconator Combo gave me a surprise. It tasted great though in the description it said that there should be 6 bacon and I am not entirely sure whether I had these numbers of bacon in my burger....
Convenient place to go and grab a quick dinner. I could order directly from the machine which saved me lots of time.... But the order number screen seems not working today which might have caused a bit of trouble....
They never get my order right at this location. The fries were freezing, so I returned them thinking they would replace with warm fries, but I had to go back up and ask that they needed to be replaced. More than half the time, the fries are served cold
Absolutely THE WORST customer service I have ever had. On 10/09/24 we ordered at the window. The bedazzled young man at the window was extremely rude and not interested in pleasantries or manners. The order was wrong, did not get what we ordered. Called the store and the person who picked up simply said "Hello".... I had to ask if I was calling Wendy's? The PM shift manager was 100% worthless! After explaining why we were upset, his response was "OK"... AND THAT WAS IT! I couldn't believe that this guy was in charge of managing other people much less serving the public? It's no secret that Wendy's and McDonalds food and service has taken a turn for the worse but MY GOD at least try! The choices in Kanab, UT. are very limited let's get some restaurants that have a little pride in what they do and stop accepting this garbage that we are handed! WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION...

Went inside, a couple customers were waiting for food. Waited at the counter for several minutes as they catered to the drive thru. Finally, the worker asked if we are using cash or credit card, I said either, she said use the kiosk and walked off. But all the kiosks were busy. So we left, went thru the drive thru and got our order in a couple minutes. Food was good, service sucked and nothing was Exceeded. Had a similar experience in Moab.
Horrible!! We had a similar experience as many others that had horrible service regarding their late night hours. We just completed a grand canyon rim to rim to rim trail run (42 ish miles), ready to go get some food. Online, it states this Wendy's location is open until 12am. We arrived at 11:20am and the manager (or whoever he was) was absolutely inconsiderate and very disrespectful. Said he was not going to turn the grill on because it was close to midnight. This just happens to be the same thing that happened to us last year!! Very rude, food was horrible (the food we did get). He basically threw on cold patties and said he was not cooking anything, so our burgers were probably on their way to the garbage, until we arrived. Unacceptable!!!
I love the chili and wrap from Wendy’s, but It was way too cold in the store, plus need to wait a bit longer than other store for ordering the food so I would recommend ordering online in advance.
Stopped in here while passing through town. We tried ordering on the kiosk and had a hard time. So, we just ordered the old fashioned way...by speaking to a person. It was much faster and easier. The employees were fast, friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant experience.
