Best WLM Reviews

As soon as I walked in there was an employee cleaning the drink nozzles. Another one was cleaning the tables. They all said hi to me. The manger was cleaning the counter. I have never been to a Wendy’s where all employees were cleaning when I walked in. I got all there names to show them support. Andre, Liz and Mercedes!!!! Great job Wendy’s. Keep up the good work .
This Wendy’s is the nastiest place I’ve ever been. The toilets were disgusting. A panty liner fell from the ceiling, The trash cans were full to the brim with trash falling over them, there was grime all over the stalls and the floors and tables had food everywhere. If you are in the area go to the Buc-ee’s across the highway. And the food is burnt.
Find another Wendy's unless you have lots of time to waste. Here is a pic of my $7 sandwich... Obviously the patty has been sitting under a heat lamp for hours and hours or ??? I have no idea. It took more than 20 mins through the drive thru and the patty was hours old. The employees were obviously overworked, we only saw only two employees trying to manage the drive thru and dine in.
This location needs and overhaul fire the manager then start over...... I watch the manager embarrass and belittle this cashier for at least 20 minutes it was obvious the young lady was new or in training but OMG the way she talked to that young girl it couldn't have been my daughter the restaurant was packed with people waiting for their food and with all that yelling the manager was doing she was the one that was messing up the orders. I ordered a 10-piece garlic parm saucy nuggets and a baconator fry let's just say I got a five piece honey BBQ nuggets and a half a tray of fries and a sprinkle of bacon.... The nerves of some people . I didn't care about my order I genuinely felt bad for the young girl.. Be kind treat your employees how you want to be treated
Cashier was unable to ring up a second piece of chicken for my salad, so she said it was complimentary. I thanked her. The person at the drive up got her 2 cents in and said "no I had to pay for the second chicken". Then the short heavy lady said I had to pay for it, and I responded, "you all need to make up your minds, as I was already verbally given the chicken free of charge because your computer is acting up". This short heavy lady kept me waiting an extra long time, while she cooked it, packaged it, rung it up as a comp on the cash register, then fought again with me about paying for it and I still didn't have the second piece of chicken that I ordered. And,,, then she says that I will never be able to do this again, like I was a thief, like I instigated the faulty cash register. I asked her to give me the box of chicken before I need a chair and end up on the floor with my new case of sciatica. She said "she didn't like being treated like a dog and I was ungreatful". Yet I had been as polite as a person of 70 with back pain can be. With all her drama, she still didn't see me as a customer struggling to walk after waiting more than 15 minutes to complete my order. And first of all, she doesn't understand that the customer comes first, not a piece of chicken. No, I never said she was a dog, but who am I to judge... And no, she doesn't ever have to worry, as I will NEVER go back there again after she insinuated that I was a thief...Wendy's needs to teach their staff to be polite and respect the customer, especially the ones struggling to walk, as I'll NEVER be their customer at the north location in the Love's Truck Stop in Temple TX. Thank you no, I had enough!!! Food was good though..
Don't waste your money on the Krabby Patty burger. Just put some thousand island dressing on a cheeseburger at home.
Also, don't order online. Or if you do, go straight to the counter and tell them you want your food. They don't call out online orders and just sit it in a corner by the dry station.
Went through the drive-thru and of course the app doesn't work there. My sandwich was wrong not once but twice. And when I finally got my baconator it only had two half slices of bacon on it instead of the six it's supposed to come with it was cold the fries were cold. The manager was obviously very grouchy and yelling at the employees you could hear it even from outside. Poor guy at the drive-thru window look like he was about to have a nervous breakdown probably from getting yelled at by the manager even though my receipt showed that he had correctly put my order in. And then he was rude to me when I came back through because my Burger was wrong.
Everyone was on point! I got the biggie bag with a lemonade (it's an extra charge but worth it). Tried the sugar cookie- it was pretty good and a shareable size. Even though it was busy, the service was great and they made sure my order was correct.
