Whomever the lady is at the window with the butterfly tattoo deserves recognition for her superior customer service. She went above and beyond and provided more than what we asked for to make sure we were taken care of. The food was hot, fresh, and out in minutes. Thanks for an A+ experience! :)
Dawn was incredibly rude to the employees around her and seemed like she was ignoring them half the time. We were trying to order and she literally told the girl taking our order to stop and do something else. Cashier was sweet though!!!
I placed an order last week through the drive-through and I paid for a meal that they didn’t get. I called the manager when I got home and I told them I too far to come and get what wasn’t given to me. He took my name and told me I have a free single And a free fry coming to me the next time I go up. I go up there today, the fill-in manager says he can’t find nothing and there’s nothing he can do about it. Don’t ever go to Wendy’s again. They take my money, but I didn’t get my food. They robbed a person It’s ridiculous and uncalled for. If they can’t do things the right way or they do not know how to manage a restaurant, they should not be there. Rob the little people, some more Wendy’s.
When I walked into Wendy's I was greeted by the cashier. She took my name for my mobile order and began to get my drink. A woman who appeared to be a manager was in the back barking orders to the staff especially the girl that was getting my drink. She kept telling them to speed up when I was the only one in line and the restaurant was empty. The girl getting my drink looked to be a new staff member and looked very distraught over these comments. When my order was finished the woman yelling at everyone threw it on the counter and did not even acknowledge me. I left with my order assuming it was finished and hoping that that girl finds a new job where she won't be harassed by her manager.
This location is always great in their service, timing and quality of food!
We ordered a five dollar biggie bag and we were supposed to get a jr cheese bacon hamburger. They lady gave us a crispy chicken three times after she kept fixing it. She still continued to make the mistake and started give an attitude.
I ended up ordering 4 jr hamburgers for delivery, they don’t even come with cheese and yet I was send 4 cheeseburgers… can’t even take it off because of an allergy
These French Toast Sticks have been “new” for over a year and a half….
