I stopped here to grab a burger/Dave’s Single and a small Oder of French Fries.
My burger was o.k., but not up to par in comparison with the other locations I have gone to. There was way too much ketchup oozing out of the back side. I like burgers, so excessive condiments is a downer for me.
The staff was somewhat cordial, although the young woman at the drive thru seemed unnecessarily rushed as there was nobody waiting behind me.
The best part of this location was that the prices seemed slightly lower than the other Wendy’s I’ve been to. Then again, given the lower level of burger quality and staff friendliness, it seems about right.
The wait times in the drive thru can vary and the food is usually accurate.
There seems to be a lack of communication cuz when I got up to the speaker to order and told them it was a mobile pick up, I was told to move up to the window but when I got there I was told to pay. Don't the orders already say paid? So when I clarified and said I already paid, the girl working the drive thru window got an attitude. I didn't check my bag cuz they're usually on point and I had somewhere to go but it wasn't til I got to my destination that I saw I didn't even get the frosty booklet that I paid for.
I understand working in food service is frustrating but I wasn't rude or anything either.
ALWAYS check your order!!
Edit: I filled out a customer survey and told them what happened one of the employees reached out and was really accommodating. I got two frosty booklets and they also offered to give me a free meal, which was pretty awesome. Shout out to Stephanie!
I ordered a single cheeseburger with no mayo no ketchup and no tomato. What I received through the drive through was a half grilled burger with everything on it. Swung around the drive through again explained the error. They still got it wrong as it had mayo on it. Drove away and looked and it was still medium rare... I don't frequent fast food but this was terrible and it was 530 pm....
Dining area was dirty soda station was nasty and the my burger was raw brought it back up and got the same thing was more raw then the first one. Took the girl at the register 20 minutes before even taking our order and she was ruder then rude. The manager with glasses and red dyed hair was so nasty and rude kept giving dirty looks then says well if u don't like it u can leave that's how our food gets cooked.
Good food, but a little slow on the drive thru, and they forget stuff a lot, so check your orders before you drive off. Staff is usually very nice the pink hair girl is very nice and polite. There are some staff members who are short on being polite.
Went for the new saucy nuggets, they throw them in a container and just dump some sauce on top. What we got looked nothing like what is on TV, the girl at the counter was nice but not very well trained, the burgers we were served were warm at best, and the fried we so-so. All in all it was very disappointing.
always gets your order wrong. even for the simplest things. i ordered a double cheeseburger and got a single burger with no cheese. just save your money and go to austin j’s across the street
My wife and I ordered two 5$ biggie bags.
We order one with the Bacon Cheeseburger and one with The chicken sandwich.
We got two chicken sandwiches, we weren't given the sauces we asked for and all the food was cold by the time we got home. We live 3 minutes away.
I gave two stars instead of one because this hasn't happened before.
