This Wendy's is consistently good. Service is always good to great, the food is what you'd expect from a Wendy's. Sometimes they run out of baked potatoes which stinks but that's not very common. I never really eat there, but the inside is renovated and there's at least one TV in the restaurant which is kinda cool.
Sour creme and chive baked potato had only a tiny squirt of cheese. Chili baked potato was nicely loaded but wasn't closed correctly so when I reached in the bag I got burned by flaming chili that was all over the plastic and in the bag. Extremely disappointing even for fast food.
Today, I'm quite hungry, and my go-to fast-food choice is Wendy's for their delicious Apple Pecan Salad. I'm also craving fries! Everything sounds good aside I forgot to get hamburger with veggies– will easy to eat, whether through the drive-thru or dine-in! Yum!
Ordered $30 worth of food in the drive thru. Got to the window and the employee handed me a bag without saying a word. No "Thanks" or human interaction of any kind.... though I said Thank You to him. I asked if the straws were in the bag, and he annoyingly replied that they were. Again, nothing else from him...no Thanks or acknowledgement. I appeared to be an annoyance for having ordered food. We drive away only to find no straws for four drinks. So, we get to have little kids try to drink from cups with the tops removed in a moving car. Mistakes happen, but they can sure be counteracted by just an ounce of customer service.
I had a very poor experience today at this location. We ordered $39.99 worth of food and when I got to the window and handed the young man a $50 bill he went to get the manager. The manager proceeded to not nicely tell me that I should have asked first if they could break a $50 bill. He then walked away and continued to complain about it. When a young woman handed me my order I nicely told her as she wasn't the one I was upset with that if my order was $39.99 and paid with a $50 that I'm sure the till had a $10 bill in it. She understood and was very nice. The manager (I'm assuming) was unnecessarily rude. The food and the younger employees were great.
Every meal I've picked up here recently here takes about 15mins. I normally do the drove thru, but last time went in and it actually look about 20mins total. Understaffed and, like most restaurants these days, too busy with food delivery service orders to keep up with the normal flow.
Despite that, Tlthe food has almost always been good, but last time the fries were cold and the soda machine poured warm, flat soda.
This is a very nice place to work at and
has amazing customer service.
They closed their lobby at 4pm? I had already placed a mobile order and walked over from where I live like 10 minutes away. Doors were locked and they were ignoring anyone that tried to enter. Had to walk up to the drive through to get the food I had already paid for ha.
