The food and service are alright but could be better. The fries were a little cold, but they gave us new ones. Drink machine is broken, but they give refills at the counter. I love the ketchup cups for the fries. I don’t like how the giant letters on front windows block the view of outside and the inside decor is out dated.
Food is always great but I don’t think having a tip cup out in the drive through and the employees wearing cropped work shirts shows the best of Wendy's employees.
Mimi (Night Shift Manager) and the entire late night staff does an amazing job! As someone in the food industry myself, I understand the struggles; somehow, every interaction I’ve had at this particular Wendy’s has been above and beyond! Thank you so much guys!

Evening crew is by far the laziest group of individuals I've ever seen in my life. Worst Wendy's experience every time I enter the store. Breakfast crew Is a completey different story, they are polite and quick.
Terrible. They forgot my wife's baked potato, as soon as we walked inside either the ice machine was leaking or someone dropped a cup of ice and it had time to melt. And the food was cold .
This Wendy's is terrible. I tried using the app, and it didn't work. Their app frequently doesn't work. I went inside to see if there was a way to use the National Cheeseburger Day special they advertised. They were not any help, even though they acknowledged that the app was malfunctioning.
I ended up going to the McDonald's that was practically next door. Their app worked fine and was easy to order.

McDonald's didn't require an additional purchase to enjoy their Cheeseburger Day special. But Wendy's did. They thought it was funny when I told them about Wendy's. They thanked me for giving them my business! That's called good customer service.
Only drive up window open but no big deal. Could not understand the girl taking the order she talked way to fast. Ordered coffee with sugar and had to ask for the sugar after they handed me the coffee out the window and had no idea if they put it in or not. I think it's was from understaffing.
Nice location to stop through if you're ever in Williamston. They have the Cheddar Bo biscuits here, which rarely seem to be available west of Wake county, NC. (Teisha), the manager and her staff were very helpful and friendly. We made a good choice to stop here.
