The incompetency level of the people that work there is absolutely laughable. Wasted 15 minutes of my lunch break trying to explain to them that I put my order in at this store that it said it was ready only they had them tell me it doesn’t show up in their system.
I showed them the DoorDash app I showed them and I showed them the address which the order was placed and they still had the audacity to ask me if I’m sure that I ordered in the correct place.
Management is pathetic because they couldn’t even help me to be able to get money back or get my food since I was on my lunch.
But The manager did not care about that in the slightest. I know I will not be shopping at the pathetic Wendy’s and Wenatchee ever again, Sad that a family of 5 will no longer be doing business with Wendy’s That’s a loss of profit for them not for us
My sister and I have made it a tradition now to get Wendy's on our way home from the Cashmere Fair where she shows pigs. The food is always very good and hits perfect after having to heard a bunch of pigs into trucks and taking apart their enclosures.
I can't believe after being customers earlier tonight, at about 8pm 10/06/24 what happened. We had a long ride home (2 hrs) so my brother went inside to use the restroom, he needed someone open the door because it wasn't opening and when he came out of the restroom, a heavy-set, tall man was waiting for him outside the door and told him that he couldn't come back ever again. WHY!? He did nothing wrong! He just asked if someone could open the door because he wasn't sure how to open it and didn't want to accidentally open the door on someone. Keep in mind it is literally our first time here. You know, it sucks being a public worker (He and I) and getting kicked out when he did nothing wrong and was a paying customer.The huge man was walking behind him literally breathing behind his neck and forcing him out of the back door. Very childish behavior of these people. I was going to ask to speak to someone but did not want to make a big deal and we had a long drive back home. So Wendy Employee's, next time you kick someone out, at least give them a reason. Because you didn't and that just showed how much in the WRONG you were.
Better than the west side of the mountain. It didn't taste like it was microwave. And the garlic parmesan chicken is really good.
All good except the French fries. They were short and had lots of dark brown sugar ends.
They’re usually fairly personable through the drive thru with fast service, and always hot food.
