Very cold food took awhile sitting in drive through for a mobile order. Literally the order was cold and there was a long hair in my burger. They offered to remake it but no refund so I took a $20 loss.
When someone pays for a food item it’s probably important to actually put all those paid for items in the bag before handing it out the window. I am not one to be in the habit of paying for an item from a multi million dollar corporation and then not receiving the item I paid for. That is theft of MY money. I do not care how busy your restaurant is there is no excuse. It isn’t that hard to put things in a bag as you read each item on an order down the line. I can’t imagine if I were working on your teeth and just left out an entire part of the process and felt like ohh well that’s good enough for who it’s for. Do better… train your employees better.
This place was very discriminatory towards me. I certainly hope the pattern does not repeat with others. I'm not talking about gender orientation or or anything like that.
I've never been made fun of anything I ordered in my life ever. Except here.
This is one establishment I will avoid avoid in this town for as long as possible preferably forever.
I won't want to say anything more that I really should but won't this was not only unacceptable it was mean and spiteful.
I have the capacity to stand up for myself but thankfully I didn't.

Wendy's was once my favorite. There might be better better locations out there, but this location has caused me to never go back. Always dry sandwiches and if you get something with bacon, you're probably not going to get the amount it's advertised with.
Most Ridiculous restaurant ever!! Go in to get 5 for 5 cookies (as advertised) and at 530 pm they have 2 cookies in the place with no plans to make more WHAT!! Who is in charge of this place cause as an owner that is unacceptable.Didnt appear to be understaffed maybe just lazy workers ,not sure. Well you cost your owners a sale today and many future sales. I'll go to Mt Orab instead.
Stopped in with my family after seeing a movie on a Friday night. I know it had to be close to time for the lobby to close, but we don't take forever yo eat and wanted to sit and eat. So we ate inside. The workers were all visibly grumpy we were there that late. 9:30 by the way. The only nice thing I can say was the food was all good.
Went to Wendy’s in Hillsboro and ordered 2 number 1’s with everything on them and this is what we just got . and the order was to be large well the order wasn’t large no lettuce or onion or pickle on them the Mayo tasted like ranch dressing on my burger the one in the photo that looks absolutely disgusting and trust me it tasted terrible had Mayo AKA ranch dressing and ketchup all over the top of the bun it was soggy and looked like it had been sitting all day . My wife’s burger the one with only tomato on it was suppose to have everything on it the corners of the burger was crunchy where it had sit so long it got hard . We love Wendy’s but that was it. We will no longer be customers. We are very disappointed especially paying over $20.00 for a meal that looks like something a dog would eat.
Ridiculous how little QC goes on here. 90% of the time fries are soggy, food is incorrect, or something is old dried out and probably been laying around for hours. My salad I just currently got has chicken in it that I initially thought were croutons. Rancid. Do not eat here. This location could make you sick.
PS on par with all the fast food in this town. Waste of time and money.
Service gets a one star cause they don’t ever answer the phone to refund money for animal grade food.
