I walked 11 miles home from kenwood. Hadn’t eaten in 25 hours or something stopped in at this wendys. Staff was friendly and even checked to make sure I had a charge to turn my phone back on. I ordered two different types of triple cheese burgers and a ghost chicken sandwich. Ate them and continued my walk home. Wonderful experience. The Muenster cheese I wish was melted or something. Other than that it was perfect
Went through drive thru and the guy on the speaker was extremely rude. He cut me off mid sentence assuming he already knew what I was going to ask for. When I pulled to the window his actions matched his negative energy. He snatched my card out my hand and aggressively handed me my things. The food was cold and I only got 2 sauces for 10 nuggets. Talking crazy like that to people the least you could of done was made sure the food was fresh!
Fries were old and cold as if rewarmed and served. I live 1 block from there there is no way they should have been cold.
Slow, no sense of customer first, rather finish their conversation before taking your order correctly. Luke warm food for long wait time.
Went to try the new Krabby Patty special. Didn't know what to expect but I kinda expected more from it (like a different colored bun or something), but I guess the special thing about it is the pineapple frosty (which I didn't try bc I don't like pineapple). Other than that, service was great. Atmosphere was alright.
I ordered online and they called to let me know THIRTY MINUTES AFTER MY ORDER that they have NO BURGER MEAT. How are you a burger place with no burgers? Especially a massive chain like Wendy's? Now I don't have dinner tonight due to this restaurants poor management.
This Wendy's is one of the worst I've ever been to, multiple times. Every time I go to this location, they mess up the order. Either they forget something, or they replace an item with another item we didn't want/order. The food is also always mediocre. I won't be going back to this location anymore :(
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went through the drive thru this morning trying to get breakfast at almost 9am when they open at 6:30 and nobody would even answer the speaker. Me and two other cars drove off. Not to mention the last time I came here one of the workers was standing by the door in the drive thru smoking a blunt and the food was nasty. This place is ridiculous
