So I went in for the viral “Krabby Patty Meal” but what a disappointment the whole experience is for it to seem that you actually ordered at the Krusty Krab lol and not for it to wrapped as a normal Wendy’s burger. The food is good but part of the experience is for it to be wrapped and put in a SpongeBob bag as they advertised it. Might as well don’t advertise it as a Krabby Patty Meal lol. False advertising if you ask me ????
Just came here because I ordered something online and when I arrived at the store location my internet went out and I had clicked off the web page. I tried to explain to the lady that I don't have a confirmation and that I ordered online and tried to show her my ID but she said there's a process and I need to show that I ordered online. My guess is they gave away my food because there's no other explanation. It should have been there at this location. The previous manager was an awesome lady by the way. The black lady you had in there but haven't seen her in a while. She actually listened instead of trying to rush people out.
Stay away!!! If I could I would give them "0" stars. I don't leave reviews unless horrible service/food. And even gave them a 2nd chance....So last yr on veterans day Nov. 11th my daughter had neck surgery after recovery & being discharged she wanted her favorite place (Wendy's). So we got her what she wanted. Wendys completely messed up our order missing items, food cold & was doubled ordered/charged on my daughter's order because the lady I guess couldn't get it right even if her life depended on it....when I only asked for one! Then I went inside after checking our drive-thru order & receipt. Mind you she supposedly fixed the double order/charge. They were upset with me for their mistake? Then didn't want to refund me saying their policy is to give store credit...how when I didn't even order double of what I was charged. Then they gave me a refund of cash and not of the full amount & wouldnt give me another receipt.???? So fast forward a year later an once again....I went last night to try them again and yet again messed my whole order up missing cheese, lettuce & bourbon bacon sauce, onion. Buns not toasted on chicken sandwiches and tasted old & fell apart on first bite...couldn't even eat it. One of the chicken patties didn't look cooked nor crispy like the other 2. Had order 2 Baconators and again items missing on both the npatties were so over cooked dark & dry ...again couldn't eat it. An everything not even hot even the fries weren't full and soggy. The saddest part is the list goes on & they don't care don't tell you their out of items an still get nothing right even after trying to fix it. This place needs a new staff, management once again or they will continue to lose more customers and the store won't make it & be closed down eventually. Sad my daughters wouldn't even eat their food they were so sad they jus wanted cereal an nothing more. Should of just stayed home an all ate creal for their price and bad food/service.
Food was good I mean Wendy's has quality food and it pretty much speaks for itself! I wish it would of been more fresh and my medium fries actually filled to be a medium size. My container barely had any fries and same for my husband's combo. I ordered the new Classic Jalapeno Popper combo medium size with an upgrade to a Strawberry Lemonade. My husband ordered the Baconator double patties with a vanilla frosty medium size as well. The Jalapeno Popper burger was good with two sides of ranch. Not sure if the ranch helped but my burger did not look like the picture lol! Customer service was basic - we weren't greeted at the window. I'm sure it's the timer and pressure that doesn't help or allow the employees to give their customers the time they deserve. We weren't offered condiments but had to ask for them so just be aware if you want salt, ketchup, or any sides ASK.
The food was better this time than the last time I went. But I'm leaving this review specially for the young man at the register, receipt says "Demetrious". He was young looked to be black.
Anyways he was so nice and patient and energetic. After a long horrible 8 hour shift at my sandwhich shop job, it was nice to be greeted his energy. Even when the staff kept interrupting our ordering/his order taking he still was patient and vibrant. He also answered all my questions and was helpful. He even took my 5 year olds order to make her feel part of the ordering process :)
I would go back specifically for that type of service.
This Wendy's location is alright.
There is nothing to write home about but no complaints either.
It's fast food.
I don't like giving bad reviews but I was disappointed by my food from there. I couldn't find my receipt right off so I can't compkain to Wendy's. I bought the food yesterday- 3/10/23 around noonish. I ordered the Biggie bag for my High schooler, and I got the Cesar Salad. We went in the drive thru. So we drove home, and on the way my daughter ate hers. She enjoyed it. So, at home I'm getting ready to eat my C. Salad, and as I get ready to add my little extras & salad dressing to my salad, I notice the expiration dates on them- all EXPIRED!! I just couldn't eat my food. So, please people check your food especially the way it looks and dates of expiration on packaging! Tqb
If you want to lose some weight, eat here because you wont be able to finish your meal.
The only thing good is the potatoe wedges in the morning. This is probably the only reason I come here.
The service is bad, always get my order wrong, always take forever for a small order. The last straw today, I found a long hair in my food. ????
I won't be back, keep the money.
