Second time at a Wendy's location where bacon has been left off an order. (First time at this restaurant). But I paid extra to get a bacon burger, drove off because I was in a hurry and then opened my sandwich and didn't have any bacon. Come on guys it's not that hard. They weren't busy, no one was waiting on the lobby I just had a mobile order and maybe 2 people were in the drive thru.
When I went through the drive-thru they were out of everything except for hamburgers. The guy was very rude and the whole experience is awful. If this is what you get for $20 I'll pass! This place needs new management quickly.
This is by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Now I know why there’s never a line. Food is always cold. Drinks are filled 3/4 of the way. I have to ask for a straw. People that work there act like they hate their job. I’ve given them a few chances. Never again will I go there. Worst!
9:52 am Monday June 24. Lobby Locked. Motioned to an employee and he game me the "not open" wave. 2 cars in drive, dead slow, as a non electric scooter rider this is very frustrating bc they won't let me order through the drive thru. Discrimination basically. what if someone on a wheelchair took the bus down here to get taken advantage of? Oof. Don't take advantage of others, God is watching and he tells us that hell is not eternal. Don't risk being deleted guys.
They need to pull the trigger and shut this place down. Every once in a while I will try it again but same experiences every single time. Unprofessional, disrespectful, rude, and uncleanly staff. I know uncleanly is a specific term but it is correct. From folks with unkempt hair, dirty uniforms, long fake nails being cleaned underneath with a straw before handing me my soda. ???? Matches exterior. Takes forever to get food and guaranteed your food order is wrong. Last time I was there I was appalled by a young girls attitude and behavior. Requested to speak to manager. Get home and order is wrong. It was supposed to be regular chicken nuggets and fries: simple. Received randomd chicken sandwich. Just don't go.
Nice store. Very up-to-date. Could be cleaner though.
The drink machines (very first thing in the morning) were still sticky from previous day. There was a chicken nugget in the middle of the open floor (I'm guessing from previous day), and the floors felt greasy/slick to walk on, even over by the bathrooms. This place won't look nice for long at this rate. So far it's nice because it's new enough. Hope that gets managed well.
For now, I'd return, but I'll be watching for signs of further deterioration in cleanliness.
This location way too frequently locks the doors for lunch hours.
I can't just step off my bike and snatch my mobile order inside; I have to get back on and ride through the drive-through window and yell my name through my helmet to get my food. Not fun.
Otherwise, in a car or when their lobby is open, never had a problem otherwise.
Every time we come to this location, the lobby is closed. The English muffins are always hard like they have been under the heat for hours and the sausage was burnt. All of that could be overlooked if you had friendly staff. The staff is rude. They rush you taking the order like you are an inconvenience to them. Shame on you Wendy's. You have to do better.
