Food's delicious. App sucks, and it took forever to order. Then their scanners wouldn't work so they couldn't apply the coupon from the app, and the app didn't correctly show upcharges, so I had to redo it and recreate my order in the app and do a mobile order. All in all it was 25 minutes before I got food.
The staff was nice, but could have told me that the scanner wasn't working before I spent 4 minutes ordering; and the system clearly doesn't let them control things well enough to make up for the terrible app.
If Google offered negative stars, this Wendy's would receive some. We were in the drive thru waiting for service. Got none. Went up to the window where we saw the girl working the drive thru on her cell phone. Being short staffed is no excuse for ignoring customers. She could have said one moment please. Called the restaurant and the woman i talked to proceeds to argue with me about her employee and defend her. Told her we were obviously not going to get anywhere. At that point the conversation was over. We won't be back.
Check you order carefully before you leave! Very bad service. I ordered Baconator but I didn't get burger. I called them if they could refund for me because I've already far away from store and can't go back to get new one. But women just scream at me that she can't refund and hang up phone without explain anything. That's very rude and bad service.
Great prices and service. Breakfast burrito has queso, a little overpowering and not my favorite (my opinion, as a dairy state resident). Breakfast ends at 10:30 but they close the menu a bit before.
Was waiting for an order once when it was busy and it was taken by another patron. I was sitting at a table waiting and probably didn’t hear them call my number. Waited 10 minutes then asked where it was, showed my receipt, and they remade the meal for me very quickly.
If I can I will give them zero stars.

My food was pretty good, fresh, crispy and hot. Everything else about this experience was borderline terrible. It's clear that they're short staffed and the employees they do have are overworked. They mixed up several orders, the tray my food was served on was sticky from ketchup (they were out of ketchup in the dining room, so I don't dare to imagine how long it's been since the tray was cleaned.)
Honestly, I probably come here a little too often since I moved to the area, but I have to give credit where credit is due - the staff here are always friendly, accurate and efficient. Keep up the good work!
If I could give this place negative stars I would. I placed a delivery order through their app and waited an hour for my meal just to be told the order was picked up and then canceled. When I tried to reach out to the restaurant they refused to answer the phone, wasted my time and money and will not be coming here again. Stay away if you want good food and to actually receive what you paid for.
