I came in to grab lunch yesterday. I got a single cheese, baked potato with butter and a single baconater. The food was cold. I stood in the lobby for almost 30 mins bc the guy running the register was so busy and working alone for the most part. My Mother wanted another single and potato today so I went back in to get her lunch again. This time I went through drive thru. It took just as long. The guy in the window was taking one order at a time and gave them their food b4 taking the next order. I understand everyone is short staffed. I hope things get better with this location bc my mom loves Wendy's! I ordered her the same thing and I ordered the fried chicken sandwich. The little piece of tomato and 2 shreds of lettuce I got were an insult.
Ordered a triple cheeseburger got it got home and there’s no cheese no seasonings a sprince of mayo and ketchup and a soggy bun wish I could give a half star that’s what they deserve. Then come to find out when I send my wife in for my refund because I didn’t want to cuss the staff out they tell her “there’s cheese on it” and gave me a partial not even a whole refund there’s a special place in hell for people like these people
Adrianna the front cashier wasn’t in the best mood this morning, Manager should notice the attitude and rudeness with costumers she has and make some changes. Food was delayed and fries were cold. Breakfast burrito wasn’t even wrapped Right. Won’t be a bad idea to have the whole staff including management into a training to catch up with costumer service.
It can be 1 mistake that takes the cake and I am so disappointed. I ordered through the app, wanted a baked potato so bad and they gave me the oldest one they had. It was literally orange inside of it. Just disgusted me completely. Why not just follow the rules and throw food away that's expired or well past the expiration time!
Awful! Cold burgers, order incorrect, no sauces at all. Big disappointment. Will never come back to this location. Empty store and they still can't make hot food that is correct. No salt fries in an order of three other fries were not marked, just thrown in the bag with everything else
Staff constantly changing way more than a “fast food” chain should, there is no service and lastly the place is empty so often, it makes you wonder what 7 people are doing in a kitchen smaller then the one at home and nothing happening.
This place is aweful.
The girl in the drive thru had hair past her butt not pulled back. Noticed her hair was wrapped around my drink. ???? Nuggets were cold, the burger was so overcooked it was like charcoal. Fries tasted like they had been cooked hours ago. Will not be back. I had just worked a 12 hour shift and just wanted to eat and go to bed. It was later at night so not many places were open. I’d rather get food from a gas station than to ever come here.
They don't take card at the drive through? So I went in to order.. line out the door with one checker just going as slow as they possibly could. Staff were rude and being just really sketchy. Food is dry and stale even though there was a 20min wait? Staff seems to be upset with their job.
