My family showed up to eat 30 minutes before they closed and waited in the drive through. Nobody answered us after waiting for 5 minutes. After pulling forward to a car that was at the window waiting, we waited another few minutes and decided to order inside. We parked walked to the doors and they were locked. The car waiting at the window drove away, we decided to drive around again to put our order in. After we arrived there was an employee standing a distance from the window signaling that they were closed and turned the lights off. All signs on the building and online say they close at 10:00, not 9:30. Horrible customer service or the closing information needs to be updated!
Just we t through the drive thru at 9:29 and they close at 10. The woman in the drive thru told me she would not be taking anymore orders tonight even though I was the last one in line and she took the 2 people before me and all i wanted was a large fry. Awful customer service i will not be back.
Be careful ordering here. They close the store early and leave their app up. Then they refuse to refund or make the food. Manager Brittany is rude and unprofessional.
Employees on the frying lane. What dies Wendys do when they’re rubbing their face with bare hands and vaping as they were serving food? I understand that each person has the right to use or do anything to their body’s, but the fact that was used while serving food?! I think the consumer also has the right to don’t want to accept the food and expect sanitary precautions taken wherever they eat.
This is my first time at this Wendy's here near the sports complex. I was having problems getting my app to work and went inside. The manager on duty said that they couldn't speak for the app because it comes from corporate. But provide your customer service. She honored the prices that I had on the app and even gave me a free small Frosty. So that was very kind and helpful of that manager.
This is the best , I've eXc xx c c c cc xx c x cc Xzibit, c z xxxxx x c icc z czarzibitver visited. Everything was CLEAN and EVERYONE was doing something. There wasn't any unnecessary sitting around. I've traveled this country and I'm actually IMPRESSED with this Wendy's. Thank u to whomever was working today and made this a pleasant experience. Keep up the good work.
My favorite burger was the whopper, until today!! Now my all time favorite burger is the new bacon mushroom burger!!!! Delicious!!!!!!!!!!
Terrible customer service. We pulled in at 9:30 on a Saturday night and they told us they were closing. 10:00 is supposed to be when they close. From reading other reviews, if I were owner or manager, I would be making some changes. Most Wendy’s have great customer service and food. This location is very nice and it’s sad this particular restaurant has terrible reviews. Just go to next exit. Plenty of options.
