Staff was somewhat friendly but focused on having loud discussions about an incident earlier in the day with an unruly customer.
The chicken sandwich I ordered was different from what I was given and not for the better.
Even using the mobile app, food constantly takes forever. They seem to have trouble handling more than one customer in line. If someone is at the drive through telecom be prepared to sit atleast 5 mins per car
I've never left a review but y'all are disgusting, like this s*** disrespectful, in the highest manner. I was on break and late so I didn't check my burger as I was leaving and bit into this burger while driving and there was soo much hair on it. I thought it was a joke. I'm done wit yall fr thts it. Like thts Not even funny. My stomach hurt.
It's becoming the norm at the majority of fast food stores operating with the minimum number of employees, which it translates to poor services.

Just had a cashier try to scam me out of an extra $2 ! Cashiers need to stop trying to steal from customers!
The food is always fresh, I got a double baconator on a pretzel bun which is one of their specialty sandwiches at the time. Everything was cooked well and easy to hold. My wife got chicken nuggets and a cheese baked potato. Needless to say nothing was left when we were done.
The staff is friendly and the restaurant is very clean stop by and see for yourselves.
Having issues lately. We have received incorrect food. I asked if they had a spicy fish sandwich & counter person said yes. For Lent my wife can't have certain foods. It was spicy chicken, not fish. A few other things also. They gotta get their act back together.
I'm not a huge fan of fast food but like Wendy's occasionally & order either the spicy chicken or burger and chili cheese fries. The entire order was incorrect other than the fries, however, they were really soggy. The single cheeseburger without mayo ended up being a double burger with tons of mayo.
