⚠️ I would fire every manager in this location, if I was the owner. I come here regularly and their credit card system is down for around 2 hour at least twice a week. That must cost the owner tremendous amounts of money because they are not ready to operate and take payments! ⚠️
A pretty good Wendy's. Food was hot and order was correct. Just don't expect and basic manners from the staff. No thank you, no you're welcome, no please. Turning their back without a word while blindly holding your food out to take. I don't have great expectations from a fast food restaurant but I find this annoying. The soda machine was kind of Filthy. The tables and parking lot were clean. So....not bad, not great.
I'm a business women I was traveling back from Orlando to Miami and wanted to make a quick stop to eat a salad at Wendys. I like the Apple Pecan Salad with breaded chicken. I was very surprised on how nicely the staff greeted me. The environment they have there going is very collaborative, communicative and friendly between each other. Very very nice and good people working there. My breaded checking was really good and my salad fresh. I enjoyed this quick stop.
Ordered a Cobb salad with pomegranate dressing and an apple pecan salad off of Uber eats with two large fries with ketchup. Order arrived and they gave us the Cobb salad (correct) but a Caesar salad instead or the pecan. Additionally, they gave us only Caesar dressing and ranch (which me and my mother are both allergic to) and no ketchup. The only thing either of us could eat were our fried (I’m not eating a salad with no dressing) I tried to call five times and nobody picked up the phone. Absolutely do not recommend whatsoever. Horrible striker service
Breakfast is not open in the dining area at 6AM. We checked twice. Practically, every morning, we are at THAT bus stop. Now we goto McDonald's.
Courtney, the manager, is so courteous and will excel in whichever path he chooses!
The staff member that keeps the parking lot clean is exceptional! ???????? to him!
The staff: ????...
My daughter chose to work at Dunkin's instead.
Long live the S,E,&C Croissant❣️
The restaurant was empty. Service was quick. Can't say the quality of the food was great. Did taste fresh, that a plus. Portion size was small.
So Wendy's have gone from their popular 4 for 4, to their $5 biggie bags with just two sandwiches to choose from junior bacon cheeseburger or their cheap spongy chicken sandwich that comes with 4 PC nuggets, sm fries, and sm drink, to now $6 meal same options as the biggie bag with no change in size or quality of food. I'm good. GTFOH!!!
They almost never get my order correct. Very frustrating
