We went to the Carthage, mo Wendy’s this week and were very pleasantly surprised? Everything about this visit was so much better than visits from earlier this year. It felt truly clean (seats, tables, floors, everything!) and the food was hot and fresh. The fries were fabulous and the workers actually seemed happy to be there. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great dinner! We will be back.????
Honestly don’t know why I go there at all. Seems I have to go there every couple of months to remind me it’s bad.
Today I ordered a combo menu item, took my place in line in the drive thru where a woman was yelling at the workers. ‘Nothing warrants that’ I thought as I watched her speed off.
Nothing does, but I may have gotten a clue why she was mad when I got my food and drove off. I started eating my fries which were obviously not fresh. After putting them aside I went for the burger I ordered and found a chicken sandwich.
I calmly turned around and drove back and went into the restaurant. I told them about my order being mixed up and that I was hoping they’d give me some fresher fries.
They handed me a bag that was probably my order and I got the notion they wanted me gone. I left and sure enough the fries were colder than the first order, I didn’t finish them, and my burger was a little better than room temperature.
I really don’t want to harp on the employees as I imagine this is more of a management issue but unfortunately this Wendy’s is consistently providing bad product.
I travel and I eat a lot of Wendy's, and this one was so disappointing for so long. Every now and then, I like to give it another chance. Went through there today about 3:00. It has improved from my last few experiences, where it got one star. Everyone appeared to be following hygiene rules today, and the young lady at the drive-thru was doing it good job. I have to say my only complaint is the price increases and the fact that I'm coming through late afternoon and they're still putting tomatoes on my burger that were sliced yesterday or the day before. Nothing There is no reason not to slice those fresh every day when you present yourself as a premium brand.
Every time I come here my food is either completely wrong or cold. Today I went for my lunch break (after not going for months hoping the new management would fix this issue) and wouldn’t you know, everything but one burger was barely warm. When I called to ask for the DM or RMs number to file YET ANOTHER complaint, they declined and stated I had to come in for a remake. I don’t want a remake, I want one of the few restaurants in this town to take their job seriously. I do not recommend this place at all.
This is the worst Wendy's in the Country! I've eaten at different Wendy's locations all over the United States. But, this one shouldn't be open for any reason. Orders are never right and the employees are absolutely ignorant. Then, when you call to complain the manager is rude and interruptive. This Wendy's is horrible in every way possible from the employees to the dirty lobby and tables. I will never return to this location and will drive to the next town over if I ever decide to eat at a Wendy's again.
First time having breakfast. Not a fan. Cold muffin with sausage, cheese not even melted and cold potatoes. Server was pleasant but have noticed the food is never made fresh anymore.
Called to see if lobby was open they said it was open till 10 PM we pulled in at 940 PM and the doors was locked. Nothing major but at least be honest about when ya lock ur doors. Liars suck.
Disappointed and dissatisfied. We went 20 mins before close and there was no line. We ordered 5 of the 5 dollar bags with jr bacon cheeseburgers. We got a Ton of onions sandwiches, one patty, a stale bottom bun and a soggy top bun. Needless to say stay away from this Wendy's. So disappointing. We waited 8 mins because they didn't have nuggets. Thrown in upside down!!! Just so wrong it amazes me.
That was the only thing HOT or fresh. So bad. It was like we got what was made. Wouldn't have been surprised if they spat in it!! There is a other one in the next town- just skip the headache and go there.
