Went specifically for the SpongeBob ???? meal but was told AFTER I PAUD that they had no pineapple flavor (I paid extra!!!) and the food was room temperature at best ????
When I tried to speak w management -- apparently they have no manager and the person behind the counter was laughing like someone stoned
Haven't been to Wendy's in a long time and you can surely believe it won't happen again for an even longer time, if ever again!
I waited in the drive-through for over 20 minutes to pick up my tiny mobile order. In that time, only the two cars in front of me were served. No other cars joined the line behind me, and the dining room was closed (at 6:30 pm). I've received my food faster at sit-down restaurants.
It should never take 30 minutes to fill an order in a fast food restaurant. The folks in front of us waited 35 minutes. That's not counting the 5 minute wait to even have our order taken. One lady walked right up to the cash register and never even spoke to us. This was their second chance with us. We'll never return here again. Dave Thomas is rolling over in his grave. Owners and managers should be ashamed. Spicy nuggets were good and the fries were old and cold.
Is this establishment is absolutely terrible. I have come to this restaurant specifically on numerous occasions.And every single time I cthere is a ridiculously long.Wait in the drive thru. The last time I was there.I got my normal order which is simply just a lemonade. There was only two cars in front of me yet it took over ten minutes just to get my order and get to the front. I have now made it a pointthat if I go past this Wendy's.And I see more than 2 vehicles in the drive thru I go right past Because it is absolutely ridiculous to have to wait.Sometimes up to 30 minutes in a drive.Throw when you guys are considered fast food. One times I have gone in gotten to the window, And I have had on some occasions really polite.Staff it's deaf but other times I have witnessed people playing on their phones in the drive through window, Shutting the door in front of me , holding my drink while holding a conversation with people behind them. When looking through the window of the drive thru Quite honestly , it doesn't look like it would probably be to standards for a health department inspection. Management should really get their heads out of their asses And hire people who actually know what it means to work in a FAST food environment.
FOLLOWUP: I attempted to go to this place again and just like my past review it did not disappoint. I say that with the utmost of sarcasm. I pulled up With only one car at speaker and two cars in front of them. It took me 6 minutes just to get to the speaker.And then it took me another Four minutes just to have somebody Is in the restaurant acknowledge my presence In the drive thru. It then took another six minutes with only two cars in front of me to actually get to the window and get my food. Once again completely atrocious. But then.Again i'm assuming based on what I see in the comments here Management could care less anyway.
Waited in drive thru, watched 2 cars give up and leave infront of Mr, waited at speaker for five minties to be told to wait longer, person speaking at drive thru is rude and can bearly speak, can't bearly understand her, sit and wait for car infront of me for 5 more minutes, see like 6 people working inside. Pull up finally get my drink and get told to pull over and wait, waited 5 more minutes and food was cold. This place always has random people no in dress code bring out your food, don't recommend going here if you only get a 30 minute break.
From out of town. Went through the drive thru. Had to wait 15 minutes. Very, very slow. Once food was ordered, had to wait for them to cook it. The fries and chicken nuggets tasted like old grease and had a dark brown tint to it. Made me sick and throwing up. Will NEVER go there again!!! Stay away from this place! Customer service line always has a busy sound. You know that’s horrible. Can’t even make contact to complain. A waste of good money.
Kristen was very rude and nasty after I didn’t receive the items that I ordered. Her nose and face was turned up the moment I walked in the door and I still was being nice to her. I walked out apologize for my stuff being wrong and telling her to have a nice day and she just looked at me with this attitude gaze and kept doing what she was doing. I do not recommend this location knowing that they take forever with your food, then you have to come back for items that was missed to get attitude from the workers instead of a nice visit. 1/10 wouldn’t recommend
Jacindah helped me and my mother and gave the best customer service I ever experienced at this Wendy’s. I told my mom before we ordered I don’t like this Wendy’s because the staff are rude sometimes. Jacindah proved me so wrong. The wait was long, about 15 mins before I could order and this lady showed so much professionalism despite how busy it was. I would never speak bad about this location solely because of my experience with her. I hope there are incentives or bonuses given for positive reviews because she certainly deserves it.
