They serve you bad food late at night like dark brown burgers that have been up so long they're crunchy. But if you ask for fresh food it's good. They won't tell you if your coupon has applied though so you'll often end up spending the regular price of your meal even when you ordered more specifically to get a discount with the offers in app.
I have been here a few times and every time has been in the evening I have had tea mellow yellow and coke dumped in my car and all over me cause the guy in the drive thru window is incompetent. After it was spilled on me he looked and asked if I wanted another drink. Well yes I do. Not an apology at all. My orders have always either been wrong or cold. I won't be returning to the madison Wendy's.
Worst chicken wrap I've ever had!
Brown lettuce, old rubbery chicken that looked like it had been cooked hours ago.
Tasted awful, I took one bite and spit it back out. $11.00 for my inedible meal!
The guy at the first window completely ignored me. Held his hand out for payment and then shoved my card back in my face. Girl at the second window was scratching her nose as she asked me what I ordered. Then picked my food up with the same hand!
I'm just blown away by how terrible the service was!

The food was great and the lady that bagged my food and drink, she was wonderful. I ordered on the mobile App I ordered 2 separate orders. The first one was ready the second one got cancelled after it was definitely paid for. This is why I quit going there. I had to go to Hardee's just for biscuits and gravy

One of many times I have got food here with service and portions completely messed. I’ve got cold chicken, and completely rock hard over cooked chicken. missing items and completely wrong orders. This is sad.
Good food, okay service, never dine in.
Orderd two large chili's and two baked potato got all the way home No backed potato's I just don't don't under stand it was simple
