Customer service was mid - didn’t ask for or give us sauce for our nuggets, wouldn’t help me with the app, and when I got home this was the actual fry portion (no snacking on the way home!!). BIG THUMBS DOWN.
I try not to frequent fast food places, but if I'm headed home from the valley and NEED to eat, this Wendy's has never disappointed.
It's always clean, food is always fresh and the service is good.
The last time I was there, I literally had my food less than a minute after placing the order, it was insanely fast.
They can also accommodate keto/carnivore if you just ask for patties ala carte!
I went here for a quick bite to eat through the drive through. They were very quick with responding to me in the drive way, and I barely waited at all for my meal at the window. The drive trough attendant was very friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. The bacon burger looked and tasted amazing and was hot and fresh. The frys are always the best here. Real potatoes and nice and hot!
Walked in for a to go order. Biggee MEAL
DBL junior burger. She rang it up. Waited for my receipt and she said she needed it.????
Got home Fries, chicken nuggets ok. Burger. NOT a dbl. A flat piece of meat and BACON piece. I did not order that sandwich. Couldn't and wouldn't eat it.
It's like I was given a left over for a big joke.
Why cheat me? I was kind. Why cheat me?
I'm disputing this charge.
New owners are running a crappy place!
After a long day of swimming with friends/family we stopped through the drive thru for the long drive to the west valley. Service was great and since we were the only ones in the line it was quick. Food was exactly how I asked; Dave's double wrapped in lettuce , Coke Zero and fries. Parking lot was a bit weird to navigate, but nothing too bad.
I haven’t ever reviewed a Wendy’s but this one deserves it. Great customer service. Very clean interior and restrooms. Food was great and incredibly nice staff. The staff and franchise owners have done a great job!
Order chicken sandwiches for my family. Once we reached our destination (5min away) the food was not edible. The sandwiches were pre cooked and had been sitting to long. The frys were fresh. I also ordered a salad which was good but I requested additional dressing and did not receive it or the other condiments I requested. They offer a lemonade which I ordered and that has a refreshing flavor.
I would suggest asking for your meal to be prepared fresh and wait a few more minutes more rather than leave and be unhappy.
Drive-thru for a Dave's double. No receipt given by the young girl at the window, and not in the bag. Happened to the previous vehicle too, as the driver asked for the receipt upon pulling away. I drove 2 minutes to the park around the corner to eat my meal. The fries were cold, soggy, several were burnt, and the burger was also cold, not warm, COLD, cheese wasn't melted either. Total FAIL. How is this possible??? $12 wasted...
Two weeks ago, I walked in to order and all was fine. Today, "TERRIBLE"....the owner was obviously not in today. Do BETTER young people...
