The young lady that took our order was very chipiry she had a smile was happy and she treated everyone the same way. Wow!!!!

Pretty much standard Wendy’s experience. We pulled over on a road trip for a quick bite as we had our dog with us. The wait time inside before ordering was unusually long for a very short line. They were also entirely out of salad greens, which is unfortunate. The wireless pay was slower than most. We did try the orange creamsicle frosty which was good. I tried the grilled chicken ranch wrap and liked it, though as with most fast food places what seems to be a healthier option still somehow has nearly as many calories as a fried chicken sandwich. Kids got the single burger and husband got spicy chicken sandwich. I usually prefer the potato and chili as a healthier option but since we were going to eat in the car felt that wasn’t a good idea.

I didn't want to post this but after complaint to store and corporation nothing was ever done about it. I waited 20 minutes and had to call to reach a worker. Then after about 30 minutes I get my burger and when I get to the 3rd or 4th bite I notice something in there that shouldn't be. Perfectly placed under bacon was a bloody bandaid. I gave them a week to resolve it and nothing has been done so now I'm taking action.

EXPECT the usual attitude when asking for fresh fries or GOD FORBID some Condiments. Fries were cold and old. Watched the manager aggressively snatch them from the cashier, throw them back in to fries scoopy thinggy and put the same fries back into the same box. With my own eyes…now I’m like Ok I’m finna get mean looks and hella tude cuz I want fresh fries not no old joints. Ended up getting fries halfway through my burger.
. Best one is up on cedar crest. Respectable workers, great management. These other spots got people with big attitudes. Shout out to KATIE the cashier. Very pleasant!!! She should be manager not KAREN…just assuming that’s her name hahaha… Drive an extra block and hit Waffle House. Tell them Dan sent ya.
Used the drive through and my credit card was flagged after for two fraudulent purchases. Could only have been the Wendy's. Beware.
ONE RUBBER FLOOR MAT FOR THE RESTAURANT? ARE YOU TRYING TO CATCH A LAWSUIT? And your system’s down because of the storm so I have to come inside instead of drive thru, which wouldn’t matter if I wasn’t terrified of being a slip and fall in your store!
Employees can have 5 stars, wendys corporate and whoever’s in charge get zero stars.
Every time my family and I make a trip to PA or back home we always seem to hit this location and the staff is always friendly, location is always clean, and it's never packed so bad that you feel that you're in line waiting forever. Unfortunately I never visit the ladies room but all I heard from the ladies that did including my wife and daughter was how dirty and how one roll of toilet paper had to be shared amongst the stalls in there. Not very well taken care of and was wondering why ladies.kept coming into the dining area to get napkins and go back in the ladies room.
