I have a mixed relationship with Wendy's. It's honestly not my favorite fast food, but I've never had a Frosty I didn't love. I tried the saucey nuggets this time, and they were actually pretty amazing. Way better than expected.
Service is usually pretty good. Nice people.
Food is decent and hot but kinda suspiciously hot. The burgers kinda feel and taste like they get zapped in the microwave.
So I ordered a Lg Fry and a Small Triple Berry Frosty at 5:07pm, and the person who took my order misunderstood me and charged me for two large fries, at the window, I tried to get one of the 5 people, who were standing there, to help me and fix my order and was ignored by them all. Then I tried calling the store just to speak to an employee, this point I did not want to complain to the manager or make a big deal about it, but I was hung up on multiple times and they allowed it to ring for roughly 60 second until a recording took Over saying please call back, no option of leaving a message. But it was the Fact that when I called, they hung up on me multiple times, ignored my Request to have one of the large fries removed from my order ignored and just their general dismissiveness.
The night manager Vincent i believe, is very kind and very helpful. As well as making sure our orders were prompt and correct. My husband and I watched him assist other customers and was more than happy and professional. I love this Wendy's! Thank you all!
I stood at the register for over 5 minutes.Trying to get weighted on and was totally ignored. I went to use the restroom and there was no toilet paper.
The place is very dirty.I'll never go here again.
Nov 3, at 12:59pm, I visited the drive thru, spoke to a woman, and ordered a 6 piece saucy nugs. When I got home, I realized that I received garlic sauce. I went back about 15 minutes later and asked for the correct order. I spoke with a man, who tried to gas light me, and tell me that I spoke to him, and specifically ordered the garlic ones. I work fast food, and I specifically remember feeling bad for the WOMAN who was both taking orders and cashing the window out. In the end I did get my food, but I didn't need to be gaslight I to believing it was my fault. Terrible customer service.
Service was great, didn't wait too long, food was good, location was very clean and was being wiped down as people were leaving. Only complaints are that one of the soda machines was out of a lot of things, and that the medium sized lids on both sides were empty. The latter was remedied as soon as we let someone know, but one would hope that would be checked on occasion. Overall, a nice space and good workers, just needed the previously mentioned (admittedly) minor inconveniences checked a bit more often!
Me and my daughter just had one of the BEST experiences we have ever had at a Wendy's. The service was above and beyond. Special thanks to Christian for helping and kind service
