My first time here i went through the drive through and gave 5 stars all across. This time we dined in and the experience was very different. My burger bun had sauce all over the top bun. The drinks were very watery (teas, juice, etc). My wife's burger was cold. Mine was cold too but I didn't care about that as much as my wife did. Many drink options were unavailable, and the ones available tasted flat and watery. They were also out of ketchup at the ketchup pump. We hope next time is a better experience, if there is a next time.
On 5/17/24 I came by to pick up an order from grub hub and the doors were locked. It was around 2:28pm. The drive thru line don’t move no one is taking care of the customers in a timely manner. I don’t know what is going on.
DON'T STOP HERE, you're welcome!! I live right down the road from this store and I literally drive 15 minutes out of my way to go to kernersville. Over years it has has stayed the exact same no matter what management. This place needs to be shut down. Dont believe me? Check and see how cold your food is, watch how long it takes, they even have you pull up with no one behind you then bring you the wrong order. Just remember...I warned you.
Horrible service cold food. Workers cant read the screens for orders placed they give you what they want u to have and just take your money! Dont go here its terrible youve been warned! And no i dont need no free food or management to contact me i want the public to know this about this particular Wendy's
Went and got dinner that was terrible. Burgers were so sloppy and fries were awful and burnt. Lady said they didn't have time to change the greese. I don't think I want to try Wendy's again after that. I even had to ask for my debit card back.
This supposed to be a breakfast baconator… yall are horrible and attitude nasty.
I had an unpleasant previous experience at this location but today I have to give a great thank you too the manager June and her staff for their service. She was extremely kind and pleasant, she laid attention to details and went above service to make this experience s great one. An amazing personality and the kind tht you look for when soliciting a business.
Bad service especially if u a manager u dnt throw change to customer when it was ur fault giving cold food and then u call cops on the person so i makin sure nobody its all this store
