I like their food better than them other fast food places it's definitely better quality.
Ordered ice cream shake. No napkins. Had to ask for a spoon. No straw. No bag. ?? Okay, I will just throw an empty shake container on my vehicle floor. Wipe my face on my shirt. I'm pretty sure we are living in a 3rd world country these days.
Late last night I decided I was finally going to satisfy my craving, and get a Burger. So, I stopped by Wendy's and saw they had a new Loaded Nacho Cheeseburger. I was thinking that this would become my new favorite, as they discontinued my previous favorite, (the Bourbon Burger). And for the fact that Nachos and Burgers are two of my favorite foods.
Sadly, for the second time in a row, I was highly dissatisfied. For once again, they gave me a Burger that was made without a care in the world.
Last time I was in there, I ordered a Dave's Triple, and it was the same scenario.
Not only was I craving a Burger, I wanted to give this location a second chance. Big Fail!
As someone who doesn't have the option to eat that much (because of bills), eating out is a special treat for me, (well it should be at least). Usually my meals consist of Top Ramen and Rice (not mixed).
Saying all this, I am someone who doesn't normally eat a lot of fast food. However, Wendy's is my favorite. As for this location though, it is one that I can honestly say that I will never return to.
I don't have high standards for food, and am not picky at all. But when it comes down to getting food that looks like it was taken out of the trash, it is a different story.
So much for serving quality food, as said in the statement.
P. S. I wrote a longer review due to the fact that this is a new burger. BTW, went through Drive-thru, and ordered the Triple. Merchant was not busy, which is no surprise saying the food quality is horrendous.
Too add there was no crispy corn, and very few strips (not shown). There was also none of the sauce that is supposed to be on it. There is a sliced tomato, but it is hiding behind the lettuce.

Id give it 0 if i could. Ordered at a kiosk inside and paid, but our order never showed in their POS system. We had proof we paid through the bank but they still wouldnt give us our food.
Careful...you'll order a regular menu item burger and get the value patty on it. Makes me so mad...I stopped using this location it happened so much.

I order a value meal they charged me more than the menue price. When i poited out the price difference they saud that there menue is wrong. I asked for hear and they handed my food to me in the bag There coke tast like diet coke and my burger looked and tasted like it was 2 hours old
Everytime I come here all I want is a baked potato and they never have them they say that no one orders them and they take two hours to make. Okay that's fine but take it off the menu then. All I want is a potato is that too much to ask for
Tried to use a reward and an offer through the drive thru line, manager said i couldn’t do both and that i would have to do a mobile order. When asked why i couldn’t use both when in the drive thru, he stated that there wasn’t an option for drive through use of the app. I have used the app at other Wendy’s drive thrus with no problem and told him this. He wouldn’t even try scanning my app and downright refused to help in any other aspect. I will not be going to this Wendy’s ever in the future. Also, here’s a photo coming from the Wendy’s app FAQ’s showing you can literally use both a deal and offer in one order, as i was trying to do. Educate your managers please.
