Food is fine, service is slow, through no fault of the staff. Computers are old, unreliable, and turn theirselves off at random. Atmosphere is on average terrible, again not because of the staff but, because of the locals. Had an impatient guy almost breathing down my neck in line, cussing because he couldn't get his burger before me. I feel bad for what the staff has to deal with, and none of it is their fault. Owner + customers are to blame. Get these people better equipment!
I stopped eating at Wendy's about 2 years ago (it was my favorite 20 years ago when they had the old patties). I visited this store on a Tuesday night right before closing. The burger was shockingly delicious and fresh, was clearly made to order (not reheated to order like the stores in PG County), staff was surprisingly courteous (especially for 11:50pm) and the entire experience was literally THE BEST I've had at any Wendy's for the past 10 years. Great job team! Keep up the great work! (side note: the new fries are horrible. Please change back to the old fries!!)
I got the 5$ deal x 2. The burgers were hard. Seemed like they were cooked long time before. Not a thick as they were before. Very disappointed.
Out of the new pineapple frosty and vanilla frosty. That's the only reason we stopped, thank goodness we love the chocolate ones also!!! Lol. I'll go back.
We ordered a baconator and were given the wrong thing. It turned out to be a Dave's double
We tried the triple berry frosty and mannn was it overpowering, not a fan at all
The lady at the window was nice and handed stuff nicely out the window that's about it.
I came from out of state and the girl in the drive-thru was really nice and very helpful. She said her name was Paige. I will definitely go back!
Waitresses were absolutely wonderful and very courteous.. the food was amazing.. definitely will eat here often..
This is one of my very favorite places to go and eat. Food is always fresh, is a decent vibe and who can resist a strawberry or chocolate Frosty?!?! ????????????
