Served me raw chicken and has yet to call me or give any type of refund
50% of the time, you have to go inside or place an order on the app because the machines don't work in the drive-thru. 75% of the time, the food is correct. They do tend to miss items or don't do orders correctly. I guess it all depends who is working and what time of day.
Their system is offline half the time. When it is online, I only have a 1/3rd shot at actually getting my order correct. I have a mild allergy to lettuce and tomato and despite ordering my food without them I get them anyway.
Had a not so great experience here about 6 months ago and wasn't going to return. But I figured I would give them another chance. This particular location is terrible. I blame the ownership and the reason is because it appears that they just own it and have no real connection to the store. I'm sure that corporate wouldn't be very enthusiastic about this location either if they were to visit.
I WILL NOT be returning to this location again like I did this time.
Horrible customer service, every time I go there past 11 there is an issue. The people working extremely unprofessional, always turning away customers at their convenience. Very bad for business. I would recommend this owner finds new employees who want to actually do their job.
Today I went again and trying using the DT and for the second time in a week am told system was down and I had to come in there's a reason why I wanted to use the DT than I get out to order chili and was told that they had non at 930 of this keeps up I will no longer eat at Wendy's.
I did order a Cobb salad frosty and number 1.
Again not happy
Ordered in drive thru through mobile app and the person in drive thru cursed to herself and told me to pull around to the second door. I waited for 20 minutes and then pulled around just to be told to once again pull around to the second door and my food was still being made. Ended up waiting 30 minutes total for an order that said it was ready within 5 minutes. Absolute joke of service and they have no idea what they are doing and showed no empathy or concern. The place wasn’t even busy.
Went here today for lunch with my buddy Geo, Orlando offered great service with a smile, fast friendly, professional, fries were hot!, we got the chicken sandwich and a double both tasted great. Cinnamon buns were tasty left me with cream all over my mouth. Over all I'd give this place two thumbs up. V/R, Rocky
