My first time going to this location and eating Wendy's after 15 plus years. I went through drive thru and the guy who took my order wasn't pleasant, kept cutting me off. Once I arrived at the window, he was the same. He gave me a bag and said have a nice day as he walked off with his back turned against me. Good thing I looked in the bag. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich and was given a hamburger. I understand people make mistakes that why I wasn't mad. I went inside and explained...the nice young man replaced my order with no issues. The 3 star was for the chicken sandwich. It was fresh and hot.
The customer service at this Wendy’s in Belmont Nc is horrible. I work for medical office and we put our orders in at 11:00 am. It is now 12:O0 on 12/18/24 and not one order is ready. The young lady at the front has the worst attitude and her mouth is so bad. The language out her mouth is so bad. You usually come to this restaurant maybe twice a week and this is our last time ordering from here.
All that corporate should be doing a whole revamp or close this awful place! It took 30 mins to get to order. Get to window I kid you 5 employees standing there two of them slapping and hitting each other another one claiming she doesn’t do a particular job another one have no hygiene whatsoever! I can’t believe is actually a functioning establishment, it is no wonder Wendy’s will never compare to McDonald’s, I have never been so appalled I just drove away I dnt even care about my 16 dollars I wasn’t going to eat or even let that terrible energy and joke of a place get into my world! Shut it down!
The drive thru was packed, so I walked in and got my order. Inside was so much quicker than the outside. The only thing that bothered me was where you get your drinks, the trash can stunk or something. They need to pull all that out and spray it down good.
I just came from this Wendy's. Not only did they not have my mobile order (saying payment failed) and that had been happening all day. Showed them where payment did go thru. Didn't matter. No food given..no apology. On my insistence they did give me the receipt showing where the payment supposedly failed. Things happen..I get it..but I was on my lunch break and money was involved so yes I am very.much not happy.
The drive through microphone obviously had issues and it was difficult for cashier to hear order but didn’t handle it appropriately. Had an attitude over speaker and then had a line cook come up and serve us at window. I guess she assumed I was yelling at her when really I just used my outside voice because she wasn’t getting the correct order, over and over again. The food was kinda horrible also. We didn’t finish it.
I went through the drivethru around midnight on 1/13 (1/14). I ordered a bacon double stack biggie bag with a sugar cookie on the side. Everything was on point. That's one of the best burgers I've had from Wendy's, and Jason (the guy in drivethru) made my visit very delightful. I will post a picture of my food. The picture does it no justice and I couldn't wait to dig in!
Staff were quick and kind. Food was correct and hot. Manager seemed to be rude to her staff in my brief interaction in the drive thru which is unfortunate
