Can't complain about the food. Unfortunately, the service was not helpful at all when we had questions about the kiosk they had an attitude helping, and there was a guy in a tank top inside the kitchen and cussing F...k this etc and they were letting dirty homeless serve drinks out of the soda machine which made me doubt how clean was my drink.
So frustrating I couldn't even order meals for my family. Never came across such a unexperienced manager. Who knows nothing about customer service in the fast food business. I ran a store for 16 years and I would very upset if I heard one of my employees speak to a customer and .are them feel like it was their fault. Just fix the order the best way you know how. Insteadbof arguing. I WAS VERY SPECIFIC!!!! CARLOS needs some redirection shame shame shame.
WOW!!! I had read the reviews prior to going. One read "they always have some technical issue". My experience, closed at 9 when I just read they close at 12. Drive through menu lights didn't light up and couldn't read it. Attendant's first statement "no cards at this time". I asked please don't forget my ketchup, they forgot. I was asked to pull around to wait for my order, attendant came out with bags asking about 10 cars waiting "what did you order, what did you order". I'm not sure if they just opened but there's something really wrong or they had some poor planning.
This place is horrible customer service
This is the second time I’ve tried to go there and order food and even though there are people in there, you can’t place an order. You have to download an app order online and then go through the drive-through.
They make it way too hard to spend money there
Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else
Everytime I come here, they have some sort of “ technical difficulties “. I run a fast food restaurant and I know that’s bullcrap. Employee with the blue hair needs to be retrained on how to give customer service. Waited 5 min at the drive thru, said “ hello” then she wanted to get an attitude as if it’s my fault I was waiting there. Do better Wendy’s.
Ordered Baked potato it looked and tasted like it was HOURS OLD! Also ordered cup of chili was not hot and they had NO SPOONS!
This used to be a good location they need better management
Food was okay, not bad but okay like always. Prices have skyrocketed like everywhere else in the country quantity has went down like everywhere else in the country. They like every other fast food restaurant decided to play the greed card. The breakfast special two breakfast sandwiches for $3 now that is good that is good that is worth $3 easy. I've been going there for about 40 years and will continue to go there I just wish Whataburger would come out with some deals
Id give this 0 stars if there was an option. My 70 year old mother lost $80 out of her pocket at this location. The only place she got out of the car because drive through wasn't working. She called to see if it was turned in, the employee was unprofessional saying, I can tell you right now that $ has been spent,(how is this even an acceptabe customer service response?). My mom just hoped that an honest person gave it to the store as lost and found, but the employee absolutely sucked at customer service. didn't bother to go ask anyone if someone had turned it in. Ghetto. Rude. Unprofessional.
