Terrible customer service never have anything and just and no gloves! Are you kidding me she wiped her face and pants and serve food gross !!!!
I love their chill , but the last four times i came there to get some they say they are sold out, I ask for a manager the third time and ask her why they don’t make more since it’s selling so good, the last time i went they was sold out, I try to support the business in the my community, but I can’t get what I want when I want it
The food was cold 2days in a row completely different staff and food was cold cheese was not melted had to come home and put in microwave...drink was excellent the sprite taste like it had a twist of lime in it.
No salads available. Spicy chicken took extra time. Had people in line back up and pull back up to keep their timer for orders short. Ridiculous.
Used the drive through but the food was good except for the fries ????, they tasted like old oil ????.
This have got to be the worst one in the city they don’t care about the food and how they give it to you why I just got food very distasteful dry as a desert bite into it instantly get cotton mouth this some bull pissed me off I just paid my money for that trash because that’s where it went in the trash I’ll never again go there cause I’ll fight about my food
My advice start fresh with new crew they to comfortable getting yall money and not doing what they paid to do
Very slow in food preparation. Chili not ready to serve due it being frozen. Management issues.
I understand we are in a pandemic which should give them every reason to take their job serious. Ordered breakfast at 8 a.m. and it was cold as if they bagged up some food that was sitting out over night. They were at the window close distance and one girl was eating so I know she warmed her food up. Why did we get ours cold and you can tell it was old the paint from the wrapper was stuck on the eggs. The fact only one car is in the line proves peopls dont want to work. Thats nasty and unsanitary to serve people old food when if no one ordered at yall store you wouldd not be in business. Customers deserve 100% A plus service especially since yall just opened up. Ample enough time to prep for breakfast.
