A BLT sandwich has three pieces of bacon one full slice of bacon cut into is still one piece six pieces of bacon is 3 full pieces of bacon. The manager Jeff out there doesn't even have a clue to what he is doing and needs to go back to school and learn how to count. I'm absolutely not a happy customer. Please get a manager that knows what they are doing because this man stayed in the office the whole time and never came out once......a really piece of work.
I used the drive through.
Exactly as I ordered. Plenty of French fries. Burger had exactly what I wanted on it.
Minor complaints 1. No napkins 2. Couldn't hear the outside speaker very well. These are very minor complaints almost not worth mentioning.

Easily the worst restaurant in Middlesboro. The drive thru line is terrible, even when not busy. However, going inside isn't any better. My most recent visit took over 25 minutes to get a simple meal for one person. The woman working the register was overwhelmed, and the other employees were spending more time joking around and flirting with one another than actually making food or doing any sort of work. Genuinely a miserable experience. Never again.
We went to dinner there tonight. There was no one at the register, it took 15 minutes for her to be found. She came in from outside. The chili was lukewarm, there were no spoons, no ketchup, no napkins, and only three straws, Which has something wet all over them.
The last time I was there which was about five months ago no one could be found for the register at that time either.
For the prices they have, They should serve better quality, food, and employees who do their job like they should. Maybe I’ll try it again in another five months, but I doubt it.
A wonderful place to get quality food FAST, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Drive-thru flows well, and service in the dining room is generally good. They could however benefit from a cleaning list and regiment to ensure tables and floors are kept clean. Good hot food, and they also honor veterans with a discount! My husband and I are truck drivers and we stopped here this morning. They have the sweetest old man working there and the whole breakfast crew was just sweet.... very rare nowadays.

Excellent lunch! In my opinion, the best fast food option in Middlesboro. This Wendy's location is immaculate and well maintained. Very polite and efficient customer service. Extremely pleasant atmosphere experience in the dining room, which appears to be recently remodeled and includes modern upgrades. My partner and I visited Wendy's for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. Although relatively busy, as it was the lunch hour, the service was efficient and our food prepared and delivered fresh and hot. Both of us had the Dave's Original single meal with cheese and fries. We both enjoyed the strawberry lemonade for our beverage. The Dave's single cheeseburger was absolutely delicious! The fries made fresh and hot, salted to perfection. The strawberry lemonade exquisite. If you've not treated yourself to Wendy's strawberry lemonade, you must!! In this part of the world there are not many restaurant options. Most certainly, Wendy's of Middlesboro excells in food quality and overall experience! Conveniently located directly in front of the Walmart Supercenter. Drive thru service window is also available at the location.
