My mother went to this wendy’s and had gotten food for the family, the large chili 10 piece garlic parm nuggets Double cheese combo meal and Baconator double meal were perfect all good, but the last two meals were messed up instead of having one being plain both burgers were. both being Big bacon classics you’d expect bacon on them. both were just plain cheeseburgers. Tried calling a couple of times and only ever got “user busy” for over 20 minutes. I understand mistakes in these orders especially late at night. but having no way to correct that order or let them know something was messed up over the phone and return on another day is not a great way to have a reputable customer service. This being a saturday night where they close at 1 and not able to to contact them at 11:30
Food was tasty and interior was modern. Kitchen was dirty, staff were a bit rude, and the freestyle machine was missing some of the drinks. Overall fine, but could be better.
Terrible environment, rude employees. Greasy food, can’t get a single order correct. Puts fry’s inside bag upside down.
First time I had breakfast there. Had the maple bacon chicken croissant with tater wedges and orange juice combo meal
Sandwich was awesome and very tasty. Tater wedges were fresh and crispy. OJ in a bottle was well oj.
Look forward to going back for another yummy bfast!!

The drive through was moving along at 6:45pm, but the lot was empty, so we decided to just dine in. The AC felt great, but the employees all looked miserable behind those classic plastic covid barriers hanging from the ceiling above the counter. The girl that took our order looked drained and could barely crack a smile.
There was a very large puddle of liquid by the condiment area, which everyone had to walk through. Everywhere we walked, we stuck to the floor. Almost every table needed cleaned and swept up, except for one booth and one small round table for two. There were 2 others that came in behind us and the male in his 80's was clearly as disgusted by telling me that he might need a life jacket to get to the napkins. That's absolutely unacceptable to me.
Not to mention, you could only use cash. The Manager then locked all the doors with customers trying to come inside, with the 4 of us eating inside with no explanation. He needs to work on his Customer Service skills a lot more.
He clearly didn't want to hear any of our complaints about the filthy dining area, or about how his employees wash their hands after using the harm reduction blue lit bathrooms with smashed soap dispensers. If I couldn't, how do they?! I guess the sink is used as an ashtray now. Couldn't tell if I was walking in water or urine.
When I was back at my table, the manager screamed at the handicap male employee while he was clearly on his break, to GET UP AND RUN, through the puddle to behind the counter to rush back through the puddle to the drive through exit door to meet a customer that left his wallet. He could barely run safely while being yelled at to run faster. Totally unacceptable and very disturbing.
I hope that the owner of this location, or Corporate gets involved. Take better care of your employees and your overall business. We won't stop at this location anymore.
I recently ordered through the drive thru, I repeated more than once that I wanted a bacon hamburger plain (my kids are picky). My order was wrong when I received it. So I went back through the drive thru, showed them the burger and asked for the correct one. They did not apologize and the manager couldn’t be bothered to even come to the window. They told me I needed to give back the other sandwich before they would give me the new one. I was baffled, asked if they were serious, and reiterated that I was not the one who made a mistake. As a restaurant manager who is familiar with servsafe polices, I know asking for food back that has already been given to a customer is not appropriate. The only thing that could have been done with that sandwich would be that it was thrown in the trash. So again instead of apologizing for the mistake, fixing the mistake and offering for us to keep the food (that would again just be thrown out). The poor crew member (again not the manager) told me he couldn’t/wouldn’t give me the correct food until I handed him back the other sandwich. It may not seem like a huge deal, but when you know the policies and know how important it is to treat customers well, it seems worth noting that my experience was anything but pleasant. Mistakes happen, but I recommend speaking with and possibly retraining your managers on how to handle these situations.
. I was there yesterday. Food was very very tasty. And very atmosphere very nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly and very very nice. The place is very modern .and very modern. The drinks were good and Cold ❄️????. But no ice. That's very weird. But other then that. It is very very awesome
Hit this Wendy's twice a month for My cheat day on my diet. I always order the Dave's deluxe baconator fries and a small chili with the fixings always top quality food done right. Thank You Wendy's a happy customer ????
