I have been having one of the roughest weeks of my life. I have had a hard time having the motivation to cook. So I have been going to Wendys as they are one of my favorite fast food chains! The staff has been so wonderful and so nice and my food has been so very fresh every Single time I go there no matter the time of day! I went there at 9:45 pm and although I could see they were cleaning they made my food fresh and they were very happy to greet me and serve me! This Wendy’s is always A treat to get food from, and I am forever grateful for the staff and their willingness to serve❤️
Always serve the burgers "Rare". The baked potatoes were hard and not edible.
We get that it's a fast food place but meat should be cooked fully and they should check the potatoes make sure they are not
hard so ppl can enjoy them.
The manager that came from the back office was very pleasant and wonderful. Helped with the order mess up from the previous staff. We appreciate that.
For several years prior to the time of this comment, this Wendy's wasn't great... However, after trying it out the last couple of months again, I have had nothing of note to complain about. or anything of note to praise them for. It is just a standard Wendy's now. ????♂️
I tried these "saucy nuggets," got the ghost pepper kind, paid a large price for 4 nuggets that tasted no spicier than a hot n spicy at McDonald's.
The burgers seem fine now. thought in the years past the burgers came a solid medium rare more often than not.
There is usually not ice for some reason when I visit the lobby.
The workers are very friendly.
Also, the lobby closes at 10. Only the drive thru is open til midnight. Which is whatever.
Dirty Tables! Flies!! Service sucks! They did not greet us!!!!!!!! didn't tell us we had to pay with a card on kiosk, or we'd have to wait til employee felt like taking our cash. Terrible MISTAKE!! Employees need to learn how to greet and talk. No one was talking to customers at all. They were busy, I get that, but, to not having an employee acknowledge you is not running a great business!!!
Chicken wrap was cold. Ketchup containers did not work. Frys not cooked. Soda machine didn't work. One lady taken orders made us wait, and continued doing this to customers. This was the worst experience in Wendy's in my life. I do reviews for Google maps , I gave this Wendy's 5 stars on my last visit. A bad visit last night and this morning. Always give a place a second chance.
Found a big old hair in my burger and the burger meat was rare. Also they were super slow.
Unfortunately our experience at this Wendy’s was pretty bad. I do acknowledge that we visited on the Friday evening of Labor Day weekend, so it was likely busier than usual.
When we arrived, we ordered using the kiosk inside. After ordering we noticed there were tons of people standing and sitting around without food. It took 30+ minutes to receive our meals. My husband and I both got a chicken sandwich and fries. On both of our sandwiches the chicken tasted overcooked and was unappetizingly tough. The fries were also lukewarm. We would have considered asking for replacements, but after waiting so long initially, we weren’t confident we’d get more food in a timely manner.
Not terrible execution a lot of people working here and things go quick production wise.d
One soda machine served Luke warm soda. The other one was filed with ice.
Food was solid.
Interior is nice and bathrooms are clean.
