This is a fairly busy location, their dinning room was clean and mostly empty with the exception of a few people. The staff were very friendly despite the stress of managing a long drive-thru line in addition to dine in customers. The soda machine was malfunctioning and the staff were doing their best to accommodate customers, handling the issue with care and patience. Overall it was a pleasant experience in particular due to the excellent customer service the staff provided and the cleanliness of the dinning room.
Came here about 12:30 at night to order a spicy chicken sandwich needless to say when I opened the foil it look like somebody body slammed the sandwich flat. The fries tasted bland and were hard. The only thing I was able to consume was the drink. I threw away the rest. Never coming back over here again.
so upsetting every time i order the Honey BBQ saucy nuggets they always give me the spicy ones. Never fails. Don't know if the employees are paying attention to what they are doing or they don’t comprehend. Im done not going back. To every other customer try your nuggets before leaving the drive thru.
Can’t say anything about the day shift staff but the night shift ones love scamming and taking people’s money. I always go here because it is the closest to my house but i am tired of these people stealing from me every night. Get staff that is there to work and not steal other people’s money just because they are mad they don’t make enough.
I purchased the $6 biggie meal combo from drive thru and when I received my food and drove off I found out later my nuggets were cold and dry. It like they were sitting on display for awhile and they were given to me because they didn't feel like making any fresh ones. Wow what a disappointment.
I walked inside to order my take-out. The girl working the counter was very nice. The Dave's double was outstanding! It was fresh , juicy and tasty.
I will definitely be back for more. This is my new favorite Wendy's location.
This North Miami (33161) Wendy’s located on Biscayne 123rd street provides the worst customer experience of them all. The arrogance and pride in the associate/ employee name “Mike”/ “Michael” is and the manager in training was disgustedly shame. It was raining and It was difficult for me to order with my windows down… instead of “Mike”/ Micheal considering me putting my windows up and down to place my order after I explained to him it’s raining and I have a child with autism in the car; he directed me to get out of my car and come into the Wendy’s (mind you it’s raining and I have a child in the car.) Despite the situation he was able to hear my order; he was purposely making things much more difficult than it already was. As I would speak with the manager in training “Mike”/Micheal lied (The manager in training never intervened being that they all wear headsets and can hear what goes on in the drive thru.) The manager in training wanted to give me my ordered meal and which of course I didn’t want it anymore m. In this situation I don’t see any training correcting the behaviors.Thank God McDonald’s was down the street and that’s exactly where I invested my money. I give a 0 review for this store location

Ordered for pickup on Uber eats, they obviously didn’t start my order until after I got there. I didn’t order much, but I ordered a potato with only 2 ingredients, and it was missing one of the two ingredients. What a disappointment.
