Waited 20 minutes in the drive thur for what was supposed to be a baconator. I was told we are waiting on new meat? Anyway my large frie was a smallmand I think my baconstor was a junior. Once again higher wages and this is the type of service you get? I'm glad I only order out once a month
Every time we go here our order is messed up. We ordered 2 regular 10 PC nuggets and a spicy 10 PC and they gave us spicy nuggets in some weird sauce garlic butter I'm assuming gross not what I asked for
Slowest service at a Wendy’s ever. Watched 2 people cancel their order and walk out. And this place is literally empty. Only reason I am giving it a 2 instead of a 1 is because my chili tasted like normal Wendy’s chili…warm and watery.
I won't be surprised when this place is shut down soon. Bought a chili and potato. Took them 25 minutes to make. A manager was asking workers to make French fries several times and the worker cussed her out for being demanding and he was about to walk out. My chili was cold. They had someone waiting for door dash for an hour!!! There were more than enough workers to have that place functioning properly. Will never go back. Sad state we are in, in America.
The manager should be fired! The cashier never gave me my sandwich that goes with the meal! She kept the items I paid for along with my money and coupons! She stole my money and said I couldn’t get a refund! Nasty place! Spend your money elsewhere!
This place is thoroughly disgusting. Smells of mildew. One of the dirtiest restaurants I’ve ever seen. Wendy’s corporate should be desperately embarrassed to have their name on this place. It’s dragging down the entire corporation if people think this is what Wendy stands for. -10 out of 10.
The experience was terrible. The food we had to return. It was bad, bacon, wasn't cooked? Biscuit was hard soft drink was flat. A whole order was a wreck.
My fellow worker and I can’t believe how nasty this Wendy’s was. It’s beyond disgusting????! The windows were nasty, the carpet is beyond cleaning, and as we were ordering a bug was crawling down the wall beside me.
The ketchup dispensers were empty! Trash was sitting where you get your napkins!
Who knows what the kitchen looks like????
The health inspector needs to get there ASAP!
