Tried ordering online and took literally 10 minutes for them to figure out we even had an order. Then took even longer to actually make it. They told several people to leave because they knew it would take a while to make a single order. Plus the outside doors were locked? They supposedly close at 12 and this all happened at 7-8pm. Don’t come here if your expecting FAST food
Worst Wendy's we ever ate at. The rest rooms were disgusting. We did not get all of our order. When we did all of the hamburgers were cold. The soda machine wasn't working. When I told them they're soda machine was broken they simply said oh it's been broke. If I could give them negative stars I would.
Service was great, food was great. Drink machine was broken so all they had to offer was lemonade and that tasted good. Lots of fly's hanging around the coffee pot behind the counter. I mean 15 or more. How many were in areas I couldn't see?
I've eaten at Wendy's lots of times. I have never been served a dried up, shriveled burger patty at a Wendy's until this visit. This is not even close to my typical Wendy's experience, with regard to the food. Someone from corporate needs to pay this location a visit. On the bright side, the manager was very nice.
The Lexington,VA Wendy’s Online Order is NOT available. Tried several times yesterday to put an order in and directs me to Raphine and will not bring up Lexington when I put in for new location Called restaurant and was told they have no over this and had no idea who can be contacted!
One employee that is always at the drive thru window has really dirty hands and super long dirty nails. It’s just too gross especially knowing that he handles food. Just toooooo gross. I hope this is read by management so they can address it. It truly is vomit/gag worthy.
The person on the drive-thru was the most politest and respectful person I've ever gotten about food
Came through drive thru late 10/13 with a sizeable order. Staff was friendly and quick.
