This Wendy's always strikes out when it comes to service. The girl working the drive thru should not be dealing with people. She just has a bad personality for customer service. She had no interest in being at her job. Food was ok but she made me not want to stop at that Wendy's again.
My daughter and I stopped in to try the SpongeBob Special Sauce burger. It was simply thousand island dressing and was not worth it. It's unfortunate but I think Wendy's food is just mediocre these days. However the woman taking our order was very friendly and polite. Our food was prepared in a short period of time
Nine out of 10 times if you drive through the drive-through or walk inside, you will not get food. You will only get food if you order it online. And then 8 out of 10 times ordering online they’re gonna mess up your order and the people working there are the rudest by far in any fast food restaurant in Toledo.
Everytime I go to this wendys after 10pm the drive thru is awful. They always say wait a minute for some bs but they are all in the dining area taking a break for 25 minutes so people can just drive away.
They don’t update their DoorDash menu so when they’re missing an item you better hope your driver calls you to substitute an item, they don’t give you what you asked for when you “substitute it” give you no straw for your frosties or sauces when you ask for them.
I’ll just wait for them to be capable before I go back, maybe in a few months or a year there will be a change in management
The single worst fast food establishment in Lucas County and beyond. Cashier was rude, food was wrong and worst of all, they did not fix their mistake. I've came to this location 3 times, this will be the last. Observations - They do not take the next order in line until the previous order has left the Drive-Thru. They bang metal sheet pans on the ground after each car in the Drive-Thru. Why? I would assume they are messing with the DT timer per car, showing how lazy they really are.
Went to the drive thru to be told they were only taking mobile orders and doordash orders. Why have a drive thru if your not going to take orders? So we pulled off and placed our order through the app. Pulled back around and was told to pull up to a parking spot. Waited 10 minutes only to receive our food that was ice cold. Why did I just wait 10 minutes for my food to be cold? If I'm gonna have to wait that long I'd at least expect my food to be hot and fresh.
They do not give you your order correctly , especially whoever was working June 5th , 2024 between 10:00pm-11:50pm ( until closed ) they feel it’s okay to keep giving cold food out , then they never pick up the phones or anything there’s no way food should come cold that’s unacceptable… Do better and I would like for this to be fixed I’ve been calling since the purchase. Some of the younger & older staff needs more training & better communication. We ALL Deserve The Same Amount Of Respect On ALL Levels.
